I ordered an iced Java the Rocky Road & customized it via the kiosk. Well I didn't get the custom version that the screen showed, but that was no big deal. The issues was the drink itself. I was driving away when I tasted a sour rotten flavor along with the sweet ingredients. I turned around and went back. I asked for the manager. The manager refused to smell the product at all. She got upset when I was showing my receipt on my phone and told her that I didn't want her to touch my phone. This manager Katie Williams was talking about me to her employees in front of me and then acts surprised when I informed her of her rude and unpleasant behavior. Katie refused to give me her supervisor's name and then threatened to call the police on me to leave without verifying that she had refunded my money. There was an another old employee with a facial deformity that started yelling at me as well. The rude manager then comes out of the building to continue her harassment as I sat in my car. Eat here at your own risk they are selling spoiled food items!
