I'm a frequent big footer when in Washington and am a big fan of their service and coffee, that is, until this morning. A blonde with a bad attitude ruined my wa. morning ritual with her rude, obnoxious, too-busy for you attitude. Also, Starbucks gives me free ice water with a smile and doesn't threaten me that "the next time they'll have to charge me." I will never go to this location again. Had super experiences earlier during my visit this trip at two other locations. I guess this girl needs to realize that until I've actually drank my coffee, she best not mess with me. So here's a tip for your boss, since I sure as hell wasn't going to give you one-find a new day job for snotty employees like blondie or I'll find a new drive-through for my coffee. read more

I usually love big foot java. And I normally wouldn't leave a review like this cause I work in fast food/customer service too. But tonight at the big foot next to pep boys I ordered a blue raspberry italian soda. And I recieved a blue raspberry red bull italian soda. I don't know if they lady misheard me, but this isn't the first place this has happened at, at rocky mountain chocolate factory they had told me they assumed that when people order italian sodas that they just want the red bull in them. I hope this isn't the case but I hope things will be better next time cause I will specify my order. It's a little upsetting too just because I left a 5+ dollar tip. read more

This BigFoot is so nice. They have great customer service. They are always welcoming me with warm smiles and because I am a regular they even know my name which makes me feel good every time I come back to the stand. They are really good at making the drinks I order and are consistent and efficient when it comes to the amount of time it takes them to finish. Was at the Big Foot Java at Puyallup Fair - 30 minute wait in line for 2 $6.00 cups of coffee. ($12) Vender was out of 16oz. cup size so they served the drink in a 24 oz. cup. The cup seemed "light" so I popped the lid to find the cup 1/2 full of coffee and the whip cream, caramel, and chocolate sprinkles were also missing on both drinks. To top it off, the coffee was not even hot! It appears that the management of this stand did not bother to train employees or to perform quality control checks of the products being served to customers. Stand was understaffed for a Saturday Night at the Fair. Very overpriced, and drinks received were not as advertised. Would have requested they be re-made at the time but with the line so long, we chose to cut our losses and walk away. read more

I always come to this location and up until recently, I have received great service. The last 2 times we waited over 15 minutes for two drinks (late to work) and the first of the two times my drink was disgusting; it was a mythical mocha! The last time it was much better, but they never make it right. It is suppose to have caramel drizzle in the cup and on the whipped cream but only once has it been given to me that way. Out of all the Espresso stands that line Meridian, this one is one of the best! Rarely do the girls burn the espresso shots (which is one of the main things I look for in a good coffee place). I love big foot java. If u looked at my bank account I for sure spend to much. The Bigfoot on top the hill by 94th is awesome never had issue there. Today I didn't want to go out of my way I was by Fred Myers. But when I spend over five dollars on a small Red Bull with flavor u know I'm also coming for the experience convince. But when I roll up and I order my drink they interaction it's going well and then some young hot guy comes up and these girls literally didn't say another word and took horribly long time to get a drink that is poured in a plastic cup. I look and it takes two girls to make his drink and I leave feeling like why would I pay to be remind I'm old and Obsolete. Not really what I'm trying to accomplish when I give u my money. There are other shows in town for example the new Gravity coffee shop gives you credit for each drink u buy not just for the transaction u earn free drink faster. There cheaper with more energy drink options. There eager to please. So don't get cocky down there in the valley. Every customer should feel good handing money over for Red Bull and syrup. I'll stick to the Bigfoot on the hill and I guess now go to the gravity coffeeshop on my way home from Fred Myers. This location has been my morning stop on my way to work every day for nearly two years. Even on days that I don't go to work, I drive from Bonney Lake just to get coffee from the girls at this stand. Nothing makes my day like being greeted by Jessica and Emma. They are AMAZING. In two years, I have never come through this stand that I was not greeted in a wonderful manner. It never takes them more than a couple minutes to make my coffee (if it's not already being prepared when I pull up to the window) and have me on my way. They always make conversation with me while being incredibly efficient. Some days there is a wait, but it's ALWAYS worth it. I have found by watching people and cars in front of me that when there is a wait, it's due to multiple drink orders. I have never found myself waiting because the girls can't get a drink done promptly. If you're in so much of a rush to get your coffee that you can't wait your turn for quality coffee, perhaps you should make it at home. I had a standard drink order when I first started coming to this stand. When I asked Jessica and Emma for advice on switching to a different drink, they were beyond helpful. They would make me the new drink and have me taste it before I left to make sure I was satisfied. That is service! I am not a person who drinks coffee from home and I'm picky, so the fact that they were willing to help me adjust my regular order and make sure I was happy with it won me over instantly.
