The worst service consistently. I don't even pull in if there is more than two cars because it take a ridiculous amount of time for a mediocre drink or cup of coffee. The way the stand is set up it depends on which side you pull up on how long you might wait also. If you are behind one car and they leave but another has pulled up after you on the other side - you've been bumped. I want to give my business to somewhere other than Starbucks but I'm pretty sure I'll stick to my Keurig from now on. read more

I have been going to Big Foot Java for years and been going to the one in auburn for about a year after Church. I went today and ordered my tea handed the girl my card a long with my Java card. The girl handed back my credit card and she said " We don't except cards without a chip" I was so confused and said excuse me? What? And she repeated it again I said I have always used my card here! She said you will need to pay with cash or give back you drink. I said excuse me? I am not giving back my drink, my friend who was in the car asked when did all this changed? She said you can talk to my manager but you don't need to have a attitude! My eyes got really big and said what? Ok you need to get your manager she then said her manager was not there. I was really confused as the girl was rude and didn't know what she was talking about. I said ok well I am not giving back my drink. She said but you have to. I said no. My friend happen to have some money. And we tossed her the $5 and left. There was nothing posted on the anywhere stating they will not except cards without a chip and when this policy changed. She could and should have handled the situation better. I couldn't believe her customer service and I have never been treated like that before at Big Foot. She should loose her job and or be retrained in customer service. She was horrible. I will be contacting corporate office. This was inexcusable. We did call another big foot and they were really nice told us that it had changed 3 months ago because they were getting bad cards. We told her that I used my card the weekend before at the same place. and she told us the cashier can override the register and use the card. Which is what should have happened and then explain to us so we would know for our next visit. My chi tea was good so that got a 1 star but the customer service was a 0. read more

Wow SO slow. I'm not from Auburn and stopped here to quickly get a mocha. 15 minutes later and I have an "alright" mocha.

Amazing employees who remember your name and your drink and it feels like they really care.

While the coffee is delicious at these chain of coffee stands, this one in particular tends to get really long lines and takes so long to get to the window. Last time I came here I wasn't in a hurry but needed a coffee stop. By the time I got to the window, I saw what I could only assume the reason for the slow service is the talking and joking around of the baristas with one another. They spent so much time interacting with each other which in turn kept customers waiting longer for their coffee. Especially if you have several cars on both sides, quit your chatting and take care of your customers. Some people may be in a hurry and you've cost them 30 minutes of their commute. read more

Duh totally 5 stars here!! I mean I've been too a few different BigFoot Java's but I like this one the best!! My drink always made right and of course I love to see the familar faces of my girls... Cassidy and Cali. But pretty much all the ladies that work here are friendly. My newest drink is the Yeti Splash...must try!! And Im also a fan of their chocolate and lemon breads. By far my favorite coffee stop since moving to Washington. After quitting the big chain coffee shop I decided to give local shops a try and Big Foot Java is my fave place. I love that there is such a large selection of flavors to chose from and the staff is always polite! read more

I love love love big foot java, but this location is the worst hands down. It doesn't matter if there's 5 cars on each side or only one, it takes over 15 minutes every time. I usually go to the stand on Harvey road but was getting on 18 so I decided to give this location one last chance and sure enough there was one car in front of me and I sat there for 10 min; I finally gave up and left and there were THREE girls working. The baristas also don't make great drinks and I've never once been told sorry about the wait; basic customer service standards. read more

The girls here are very friendly. The coffee is good, and the location is great. It is a tad pricey for the specialty drinks, but not as bad as Starbucks. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I regular almost every big foot Java in the area and this one is definitely my favorite. The girls that work in the morning are the sweetest and go out of their way to make you feel special. We had an awful experience here today. My boyfriend got a blended yeti drink which trend out thin, watery, and still had huge ice chunks in it topped with a minuscule amount of melted whipped cream. I ordered a flavored redbull with cream and the barista gave it to me unstirred so my whole first drink was straight syrup. Gross. Furthermore the barista who made our drinks seemed bored and annoyed that we were getting drinks. She was very rude and unpleasant to be around. We will not be returning. read more

The coffee here is OK. But their attention to the gas station part of the business really needs some work. If it weren't a half a block away from my work I wouldn't go there because they never keep any supplies such as paper towels when you might have a gas spill or windshield washing solution and squeegees. read more

Definitely good quality coffee, pending your preferences can get expensive. Biggest issue - it is not speedy service, which could very well be that they are taking their time to do it right. I bought 2 of my usual white chocolate hazelnut mocha extra hot and they were made with perfection! :-) :-) usually I ask for HOT and it's always warm and also tastes like they burnt the milk BUT this location made it just the way I like it. This 24 hour drive through coffee stand was a first for me. The waitress was pretty nice and the menu appeared to have a nice bar and variety of drinks. The fact that I can't sit inside was interesting but make no mistake the American press coffee was fantastic. read more

The worst customer service i have seen at a Espresso bar to date. My order was a simple 16 oz drip coffee; but the barista stuck her head out the window so she could see the 2 cars behind me in line. Must be regulars behind me in line, because i had to sit there and wait for over 5 minutes for my simple cup of drip coffee while she prepared 3 additional drinks for the customers behind me before she gave me my cup of coffee. This is not the place to stop if you want to get a quick beverage.....because if you are not a regular, you are not important to them!!!!! read more

For the past 5 weeks 8 have been to over 20 different latte stands trying to find the perfect combination of a coffee ground flavor that I like & a stand that can make my drink the way I like it, without scorching the holy crap outta my mouth. Today I found it....and would like to shout my praises from the mountain tops! I ordered an extra dry hazelnut cappucino and it was perfect! Not too hot, not too sweet and with enough thick rich foam at the end to enjoy as a dessert, with my straws turned chopsticks. The deep rich robust flavor of the coffee blended with the hazelnut syrup was exactly what I've been searching for. Thank you so much for trining your baristas to make my drink perfectly. I haven't been here in about 8 months but i used to live down the street from them and they were always a must with my roomate and I. Staff was always friendly and the rewards program is amazing when your a regular customer. First drink is free when you sign up. They would pretty much make anything you requested. With myself, i always got a White Mocha with peppermint and my roomate would get White Mocha with Hazelnut. I love the coffee and service at Big Foot Coffee, but I have one huge complaint. I am diabetic and love my sugar free coffee. To my surprise I was charged $1 extra for my sugar free white chocolate mocha blended drink. I feel discriminated. $1.00 for sugar free?????? I have never been charged extra for a sugar free drink and now I will have to really think about stopping by Big Foot rather than the other coffee stand around the corner. read more

I'm torn about how many stars to give. On one hand, the coffee is decent; but to be fair I've only ever gotten flavored drinks here. If I say less sweet, or extra hot, it always is exactly what I asked for, so that's a plus. My biggest issue is with the customer service, or lack thereof. Honestly, I don't want a big conversation with my barista. But what I do want is eye contact at least once, and for them *not* to have a private conversation with the other barista on shift while I'm waiting. They were talking trash about another barista that works there; completely unacceptable, especially while a customer is present. I don't care if you make conversation with me, or even smile all that much, but don't be rude. If you act inconvenienced when a customer comes, it's time to get out of the coffee business. First Would Be Sam. Sam Is Very Personable. She Treats You Like A Person Or A Friend Instead Of "Just Another Customer." She Has Excellent Communication Skills. If You Have the Time to Speak With Her You Will Find She Is Very Ambitious And Has A Lot Going For Her. Wish Nothing, But The Best. The Other Would Be Becca. If You're Lucky Enough To Catch Her Considering She Changes Cars Like We Change Clothes Then Be Prepared For Great Service. I love Bigfoot Java and go there almost daily! I have been to several locations and this time I decided to stop at this location on my way back home a couple of weeks ago on 8/13 around 6pm. It was the worst service and drink! The girl there was new and by herself. She came to the window, didn't say anything (not hi, how are you doing, etc) and I gave her our order. She didn't even bother to listen to my complete order before starting to make the drink and went to make it and was throwing everything into the cup and rushing to make it. I ordered an americano with cream and looked at what she was making and the drink was completely white. It looked like a cup of plain milk! I told her my order again and asked if that was what she was making and she said no and threw it out. My son's smoothie tasted awful and my drink did not taste like what an americano should be at all. It seemed like she was not trained at all and someone just picked up a stranger and threw her into the coffee stand!! I will never be back here again....smh I tried calling that location to speak with a manager and of course nobody picked up. read more
