Drinks were ok, it doesn't feel genuine anymore. Wait time was horrible. We had a simple blended coffee and a fruit smoothie, it took them over ten minutes just to do our order, this was after waiting almost 15 minutes for them to serve the car in front of us. Horrible experience at this location. First of all, I pull up and nobody is at the window, the counter top is a mess, wet, garbage all over the place. About a minute into waiting, a worker shows up and says "What are you having"? No greeting at all, no apologies for making a customer wait. Anyways I was going to let that slide, she took my order (iced latte) they drink did not have enough ice and worse of all once I pull away I discover black hair on the outside of my cup I won't becoming to a big foot Java, especially this location. read more

The coffee is great, and service is always fast! They were one of the first stands I saw wearing masks during this pandemic. The fact that they are looking out for their employees and customers is a huge plus. Now, taste wise the coffee is really good. I'd take away stars if I could, but i cannot, if I could give zero stars i would have... went to this stand July 16, 2020 at 6:37pm waited for my coffee and an energy drink, my sister asked them to use heavy cream in her energy drink and was told they could not, then she ordered a coffee asked for heavy cream again, they could not, so she ordered a breve... not only did they take extra time making the coffee, they also refused to use heavy cream, they also made the ice coffee hot and did not let it cook down, terrible service. There were 3 ladies working, and for them to hardly be busy, terrible service, and mess up the drinks, seems a bit excessive. Would not recommend this stand at all, terrible service, not good coffee, try any where else. read more

Sadly a fail....needed coffee before going to work and saw this place open right before getting onto 18 and thought I'd give it a try....I was short on time so it taking over 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me was more than irritating. The barista working was actually really nice - my and my kids felt sorry for her (both cars in front of was were semi-harassing her). One person yelped that there coffee tasted like boiled milk - well mine (a 24 oz latte for $4.45) tasted like lukewarm 7-11 coffee couldn't even taste the milk..............don't know what happened but threw it out after a couple of drinks and won't be coming back to this location. read more

You will never wait in line for a longer period of time at any coffee stand as you will at this one. The coffee is mediocre, and the customer service is poor on a good day. I will never return to this place as every time I've been to it has taken more than 20 minutes just to get to the window. Couple that with another 5 or more minutes no matter what you order, you're looking at close to a half-hour for coffee. I would assume that all Bigfoot locations are excellent, but this is the one I go to almost daily. The baristas are EXCELLENT! After visiting a few times, my regular barista memorized my drink, and now will see me coming at the intersection, start making it, and have it ready when I pull up! WOW! I even "pre-order" if I want something different the next day. I've gone so far as to say, if the temp is below 45 degrees, I want a hot dark chocolate mocha, but if it's warmer, I want a blended mocha. They have a great drink menu, terrific blended drinks and a lot of syrups. The only negative is that their drinks tend to be pretty sweet bc of the syrups they use, but if you tweak it you can come up with something great. Also, they offer prepaid cards where you buy 8 and get 2 free - nice savings if you buy coffee every day like I do! read more

BEYOND SLOW AS HELL!!!!!! (on Saturday's) I sat behind ONE car for 10 minutes! I finally got to the window and the girl working didn't even acknowledge me for 3 minutes and she was literally at the window!!! She then began to take another 5 minutes trying to figure out how to make a blended frap!!!!! If you do not know how to make any drinks or be in customer service, DO NOT WORK HERE!!! This place use to be really good at making our drinks and having great Customer Service. We use to come here every weekend and order 6 drinks at a time. We been coming here for more than a year since we live literally around the corner. Just a few weeks ago we were then told they are no longer allowed to put extra cream etc. When we request light ice, so since then we now drive an extra mile to go to another Bigfoot who has no issue putting their customers first. You can go to Starbucks but Bigfoot is beyond better! Better in prices and better in coffee. They have more variety and the taste is above and beyond better. The baristas are super friendly and it is just a good start to any morning. I would suggest going here because you save money and you are getting a better quality and a better tasting coffee, everytime! Oh and sidenote! I got a iced double dirty chai! The ladies had my coffee out quickly and it was made perfectly! It's not hard to make this drink but having s good balance of sweet and coffee is key for me. For those time when a sit down cup of coffee is not doable, and Starbucks is just too expensive while mccafe is not an option, there's this drive thru coffee stand. Set just before the highway on ramp, this stands is a treat should you have the extra time to spare. The girls that work here are really nice and will carry on a conversation while making your drink for you. Just remember there are people behind you or at the other window so don't take too much of her time. If you must hit on them, do it at 2 a.m. when no-one is in line waiting for their coffee, and they won't have to apologize to the next customers for the delay because the customer before them doesn't understand the hint that she's not interested for those 10 minutes she was hoping he would just leave. The drinks are normally pretty good, preferable better than Starbucks. Some people swear by Starbucks, but I haven't been around coffee enough to be addicted to them. I would put big foot above starbucks, mcdonald, and Tully. But they would rank below Zola cafe in auburn. My favorite drinks are the hot chocolate and mocha. This location is very friendly and chatty compared to all the other Big Foot stands I have been to. Unfortunately after having 4 messed up drinks (regular espresso roast instead of white) I had to call it the quits and end my relationship. I truly love bfj I go at least 3-4 times weekly and most of the time no complaints if you go before 3 in the afternoon. After that it gets a bit messy. Their turn over of employees is crazy and if they hire 6 new employees you will be lucky if one stays on. So there is always an issue since the new-bes do not know anything!! The are slow which I completely understand since they are learning the ropes but please don't leave them alone durning busy times. Plus they don't know how to ring anything up in the computer. The(morning) girls who have been there awhile are AMAZING but later afternoon and evening are a completely different story always having to explain/argue with them then the next day/time I see them they treat me like crap because they were proved wrong by their superiors. I'm not sure what the Yelper is complaining about with it being next to a gas station; I've had to stop to "fill up" both tanks at times! I love the variety of espresso that is available here in WA. I am from Phoenix and the options are limited. I have tried many of the road side, random shops, but Big Foot is by far my favorite. The girls are always very prompt and friendly. I have never had to wait very long, even if there are multiple cars on each side. They always greet me with a smile and "how are you today?!".
