The combo jumper can be used wet or dry but we decided to leave it dry for the day. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy, with no issues at all. They consistently communicate with you during the whole process. The best part about the whole rental was the early drop off and late pickup. Although, definitely not guaranteed, because of how busy they were, they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. We were able to not only play with it on Saturday, but enjoyed two extra jump sessions on the day before and after the party.

Every year (non-Covid times) our elementary school has a field day for the kids. Due to the size of our school, we have multiple stations to rotate the kids though. One station is in our gymnasium where we get 4 huge inflatables. The kids love it and it gives them a break from the heat outside. This year, we tried something new and did a winter wonderland theme for the end of the year parties (before winter break). We booked again for more inflatables and again we had a lot of happy kids. -They are so easy to work with. You just call up and tell them what you need and you have a quote usually within a few minutes. Tracy usually mans the phone and she is just fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and super nice. -I've worked with them for school things. Both from the PTA side of things and helping with school planned events. They work with our school schedule and always have everything ready to go bright and early when the school day starts. -They are very affordable. We have always been pleasantly surprised to see what we are getting the day of, especially for the price we have paid. Sock Hop delivers on their end 100% of the time. -Every time we have used them, they come set everything up and come take everything down for you. Worst experience ever! When the delivery & set up crew got here, they tried to say it was noted…read morethat it was for grass, not concrete and that they didn't have sand bags. I showed them my order and they played dumb, I then said well since my party isn't until tomorrow you have time to go get them and come back. Oddly enough sand bags appeared in their truck. After I asked and requested all these ways to put it, they left with saying it's all perfect. The trees were making part of the castle not able to blow up, when asked about it, they said it was fine and wouldn't affect it in anyway. I left it running all night because I was afraid that if I deflated it, I wouldn't get it back up. The next morning, I'll share the pictures, when I called the office, I started with I know this isn't your fault, because she is just the one that answers the phone and I then went into details about the issues I had with the day before and the set up. I then told her I needed some one to come fix it because it was NOT safe and there was no way I could let children in it. After being told there was no one available because it was a holiday and the few staff available were dealing with other things. She asked me try fixing it myself, I then told her, it's a tree, there is no me fixing it, oh she asked me if I could get on a ladder to see what was on top of it and I am 5,2 with a broken rib. She then said deflate it and you can then you can see what is on it! Again I said it's a tree limb and it caused the top of the bouncy house to cave in and that debris was inside. Long story short after telling me that she couldn't get anyone here and me raising my voice because I couldn't get a word in about how I needed to try and fix it myself! I told her someone better be out here within a hour because I didn't pay $500 for something that wasn't working and not safe. The owner of the company called, he started the conversation like this, we do not allow our customers to cuss at our employees. When I then said I didn't and that I hoped their phone conversations were taped because after the lack of respect I received and the fact that the set up wasn't done correctly and me now pissed because he stated out the conversation like he did. He then said, listen to you, your raising your voice with me, I said yes I feel very attack and your telling me I'm in the wrong for something I didn't do, not the fact that me paying the amount of money I did for something I couldn't use. He came out to the house, when I went outside he said, they did a poor job of setting it up. No apologies for ANYTHING, he then took it down and all was ok. I understand that it was a busy holiday, but when a customer calls in and says it's not fixable and then gets told I needed to fix it myself and all of the crazy mess. You show up and acknowledge the problem and then apologize. They were a good price and I appreciate that they had one available for the holiday. But the lack of employees to make sure you get what you paid is unacceptable.

I work for a school and wanted to rent the rock climbing wall for an event, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. Communication was excellent, they allowed me to make payments, and they even arrived early to make sure everything was set up in time for the event. They were very kind and always checked in with me before making any moves. They also gave us compliments on how organized we were, which was an added bonus! I will definitely be using them again.

If you rent from this company, be sure to read this one sentence in their contract in fine point on…read morepage 2 - "Leasee is resposible for having all water lines/electrical lines within the setup area marked. Operation Jump is not liable for any underground piping or wiring." because it releases them from any kind of ownership, accountability or even a basic apology when their installers COMPLETELY RUPTURE THE MAIN WATER LINE TO YOUR HOUSE. After installing the water slide, they ruptured the main water line to our house and left while water was exploding from the ground and completely flooding our yard. After finding an irrigation company that was extremely helpful and unlike Operation Jump, offered great customer service, we were able to get it fixed. $500 later, a flooded yard, and giant hole dug in the yard, it is repaired. The total cost of this inflatable water slide is now just under $1,000. When I called Operation Jump to explain the situation and ask if they were willing to do anything as a result of the negligence, they said "No, because you signed the contract." Needless to say, I'll never use this company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. If you do decide to take the risk of destruction to your home and need someone to fix it in an emergency, please call American Irrigation Repair. They were extremely helpful. They too could not understand how Operation Jump could cause so much damage with a simple slide installation. The picture attached is them repairing the completely destroyed water line.
