She had planned to give the flowers to a floral designer friend to repurpose the flowers. Malleret doesn't allow attachments on their review page, therefore, I shall quote Malleret's response to the bride's inquiry as to what happened to her flowers. "I'm so sorry you were misinformed about where the flowers went. At the end of the evening all flowers were actually given to the guests. You can ask Art as he saw when I personally gave the flowers to your floral designer friend and other guests. The only thing we took back with us at the end of the night were the vases and the blue palm leaves. As a company we love and actually prefer when the guests take the flowers, since as you said they were paid for, and we love the guests to have that as a memory of the even. Again, I'm very sorry for any confusion there was around this topic. Marcela." My daughter-in-law then received this response from Marcela: "I personally gave your friend one and then she took the other two. My team offered her more; she said that was enough. All bridesmaids arrangements were given to your guests and the rest of the other ones (I can't tell you names, that is not for me to ask). The large ones which were the ones that had the blue palms in them, were offered to guests and your friend but were not taken. All of the vases are rentals and come back to us. The venue also requires all vendors to clean the night of the event, which is why there were no flowers left when you returned to the venue on Sunday. Marcela" The bride paid for the flowers and only she had the right to direct the flowers to individuals, even at the reception. My point is that the Bride should have been consulted on which flowers she wanted to keep. For this omission, I give a -20 review.
