Some businesses (particularly photographers), will aggressively nickel and dime you to death with upsells and crazy charges. They hold your photos for ransom, even though you paid them handsomely for your event already. Austin City was the exact opposite. The service included more than expected, and there were zero surprise charges. All photos are available online, in dozens of prints at the party, and on a flash drive. It was very refreshing. His booth is super kitschy, yet discreet and inviting - beats the hell out of a big backdrop and lighting display that often comes with a "photo booth" offered by a photographer. My husband and I have a CD of all the photo strips and several printed copies that guests left for us, and they're one of our most prized momentos from the day.
