For our original consultation, the lady wrote the time down wrong and was an hour late to our appointment with no way to get in contact with her. When she finally showed up, she was unprepared and not professional or knowledgable at all. When trying to schedule a time to pay our remaining balance, my mother and I both played phone tag with 2 different people and neither of them had been in contact with each other. They gave both of us different times to show up. We finally settled on a time and date. When meeting up for the appointment, the man was 20 minutes late for the appointment. The first time I called him, he didn't answer, and then after about 4 calls he finally answered his phone and said he was on his way there right now. We paid the balance and scheduled a pick up time (for today). My fiance went over at the appointment time (10 am) and at 10:20 he called him and said that he was not coming, the appointment time was 12 not 10 and that he'd be there at 12. This is absolutely not true because my fiance, my mother, and myself all wrote down the appointment time at 10. If my wedding were further away I would be canceling my order with them and demanding a refund. However, I will have to stick with it and deal with these incompetent people until Saturday. If you need rentals DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! They are very unprofessional and not the kind of drama that you need for your wedding!

We went all around Austin to our favorite or memorable spots and John had a smile the whole time! He was able to tell us where to stand and what to do to make the pics look good. I always think as these photo shoots can be so awkward, at least for me, but John made it easy and comfortable and we had a lot of laughs. We took the pics Saturday and by Sunday he had already sent us several to choose from for our save the date. The quality of the photos blew us and our family away. It is on a large piece of land in the country, so you do not have to worry about parking and noise. It is so gorgeous with a giant house that accommodates 27 people, all while feeling cozy but not too small or large. There is a pool with a heated hot tub, swim up bar, basketball and volleyball courts, a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, a gated yard (if you bring your dog, which you can), and the wedding venue is just steps away! I am so blown away at how gorgeous this place is, all while being in the serene hill country. The best part? We had real longhorns greet us along the unpaved road up to the venue. There are also friendly donkeys and llamas on-site. This place is incredible, and I was just there for a rehearsal dinner. I am so excited to go back tonight for the wedding and reception! We were really impressed with the amount of time and effort that was put into our project. Our pictures and video turned out amazing after all the editing was done to the photos. We were so happy with the finalized photos that we decide to have some of them printed and framed to be put on our wall when that was not the original intent of this project.
