Flavorful and moderately priced, it's definitely worth stopping in instead of wasting your money on fast food at a drive thru. But in my opinion, the thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the absolutely out of this world floral styling talents of their florist Tammy! I have had custom bouquets arranged by her on multiple occasions and watching her work is like watching Picasso himself. I go in , select several (already available bouquets) explain my vision for my arrangement and she brings it to life every single time impeccably! Everyone I've gifted one of her arrangements to is absolutely blown away when I say they're from Fresh Acres and not a stand alone florist shop. Her attention to detail, her personable and professional demeanor, is what keeps me coming back time and time again. Much in the same way you can taste when a great meal has been made with love, I'd say the same about a bouquet from Tammy: you can see the love she has for her craft in the way she brings arrangements to life. Watching her put the finishing touches on my bouquets reminds me of on Say Yes to the Dress when they're doing the same, adding on the veil, jewelry, etc . My most recent arrangement was a custom 21st birthday bouquet I was gifting to a very good friend of mine (who's favorite color is blue) and she absolutely blew me away with how gorgeous it turned out!!! (I've included photos of this masterpiece) This woman deserves a raise and is an outstanding representation of all that great customer service should encompass !!!

I had 3 employees refusing to reimburse me on $2.49, on a Rice purchase that had a sign for $4.49, rung up at $6.49, aggressively refusing to honor the "$4.49", price, came down to them calling the store manager on the phone, who quickly agreed in my favor. This is just one example, they are definitely not for the customer and they watch you like a hawk in self checkout, telling you to remove the .99 tag on the bag you buy, or watching you closely on what your entering on the screen, bad vibes all around, and it's not all, their are some really nice people that work there, but I feel like Corporate instills this authoritative demeanor.

Upon arrival, we first noticed that it was a very clean and well organized store. Plenty of places to sit and a buzzing vibe with all sort of activities (phone ringing, orders being taken, orders going out, kitchen activity and lots of customers eating in) We arrived about 1pm so it was part of the lunch time rush. We ordered a cucumber salad, chicken panini with onions (I didnt realize that caramelized onions was an option!), The Green Goddess was delicious....with fresh veggies (spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and spinich with avocado and pesto) and incredible taste! Little Havana was our last choice and that included roasted pork, shaved ham, swiss cheese, pickles and dijon mustard. Again a big hit...delicious and some to take for later! We sat down and one of the tables and enjoyed our lunch and the incredible lunch crowd! Lots of drinks to choose from, as well. I am so glad that we made it here. I am a fan, for sure! 5 stars Parking- easy Vibe- just that good food feeling Price- fair...going rate Will I be back? Of course, next time I go to Saratoga or am out in the Western part of Mass! The problem I have with this location in particular is that it's very hit or miss. There's like no in-between. I've gone in and things have been fully stocked, and great customer service by workers, but then other times I've gone in and they're selling rotting fruit/veg, lots of empty shelves and I've left having not gotten anything. What really prompted me to review this place though was the fact that we just got over a bad snowstorm, a lot of people were looking to replenish their food items and there was so much snow and ice on the parking lot. I saw older one's holding on to dear life by the side of their cars to try not to fall on the pavement. That to me is completely unacceptable. Everyone here knew days in advance a storm was coming, why didn't they prepare the inside/out of the store? and if you're going to open to the general public after a storm, you're not gonna plow the parking lot? Yet other stores nearby didn't have this issue, their streets were plowed and salted. Really concerning that they're not taking safety into consideration.

One cashier in particular, a young woman with black rim glasses and COLORFUL PINK hair, is frequently on her phone, speaks to customers rudely, and makes the shopping experience unpleasant. On top of the terrible service, the store has an awful smell that makes shopping uncomfortable. Even worse, I have come across expired food still sitting on the shelves. That is a serious concern when it comes to food safety and proper store management. The prices are reasonable, but decent prices do not make up for disrespectful service, an unpleasant shopping environment, and concerns about expired products. Management seriously needs to address the customer service, cleanliness, and food quality issues. I would not recommend this supermarket unless significant improvements are made.

On the way back to NY, I did some grocery shopping here recently. The place was mobbed, especially over the holiday. The produce section is the first section you walk through upon entering the store. This store actually had a decent selection of produce. I've been to other Price Rites where the produce looked picked over. The prices were fairly reasonable for bananas ($0.54/lb, seen it cheaper), lemons, avocados, lettuce, and apples. Orange juice and milk were both $1.99/gallon. Price Rite spaghetti sauce was $0.99/jar, imported Italian pasta was $0.99/lb, dozen large eggs $0.99, and Knorr noodles & sauce $0.94 each (I got this for less at the Schenectady NY store). The Pillsbury cake mix was $0.99 a box. A 10 lb bag of long grain rice is $4.99. Banquet frozen dinners are $0.99 and saw only Pepsi and Price Rite soft drinks in the store. Aisle 6 has a pretty good selection of Goya food and drink products. There were long lines at the checkout which is a sign that many people shop where the bargains are. Major CREDIT CARDS accepted. NOTES: Bring your own bags to save money. Plastic bags are available at $0.10 each and quantities are limited to 4 per each product. Self bagging area in front of the store.
