Ethan came out lickety split after requesting a quote with a lot of brochures and was able to walk the property with me and help me pick out exactly what I wanted. The owner did not inform us ahead of time that work was being done, and I certainly did not provide the owner with permission to come onto our property. The worker, plain and simply, trespassed onto our property. Not only that, he put his ladder in my garden bed, and I have a large dog that, had I let her out, would not have been happy with a stranger with a tool in our yard. I am sure the work that they do is technically fine, but this behavior is not. It's common sense, and as a professional, he should have 10000% known better. So take that for what you will.
