I've actually never been to this laundromat until I came across it here. The reviews sounded pretty legit, so I had to see for myself. Overall the place is clean and really great. I got my laundry done in no time. The prices are very reasonable and I love the reusable card for the machines. I think it's very effective. I also love how they have music choice playing on the tv so you can enjoy great music while waiting for your laundry to be done. *From what I've read and noticed, they also have employees who you can pay to wash your clothes and fold them for you as well if you need to leave somewhere. Then you can go back and pick it up and it's all done and ready for you. read more

Yoo this place used to be nice but not anymore. They got the worst customer service ever! They were so rude, def need some more training.

I have been coming to this laundromat since a few months after it opened. It's always clean and the employees are pretty friendly. It has free wifi, snack machines that work, a clean restroom and generally friendly and helpful staff. That said, there is an employee that works on Thursday and Sunday evening who routinely starts locking the doors an hour before the laundromat actually closes. Both last Thursday and tonight, she has 2 of the 3 exits locked at 9 pm. If there was a fire, an earthquake or some other incident that caused a panic and rush for the doors, people would be seriously harmed or dead. I'm pretty sure this is not legal, and an e-mail to the management last week has gone unanswered. I get that the place closes at 10, and I get that the gal working has had a long day and just wants to go home, but this is ridiculous. read more

Clean and bright laundromat. Full time staff that attends to the needs of the laundromat - including scraping that mysterious gum from dryers real-time! The two ladies working were constantly cleaning, organizing, helping, etc. I've never been to a laundromat like this. Kudos to the hard working ladies. There's nearly a dozen security cameras and they don't utilize coins, so less to worry about. They also have a very attractive price for wash and fold service that I'll likely take up next time. read more

Like any laundromat you get your share of people that come that clearly havent washed any of the family laundry for two months straight and roll up and hog the dryers after over stuffing the ultra 8 load sized washers lol I don't see that a problem with the business.. Been coming here for a while now, and do all my laundry, sheets etc... This place is always clean, even the bathroom! They have an atm machine, as well as vending machines for snacks/drinks and one for laundry detergent/bleach/ softeners. So if you forgot anything you're covered. One of the ladies that works here is SO helpful and friendly! I cannot for the life of me remember her name, but we have great conversations when I do get to see her there. The other ladies don't seem as friendly, but, they are extremely busy almost ALL the time, so I cannot fault.them for just doing their work. I will be continuing to come here, and plan on utilizing the wash n fold service. read more

Bring cash they have an atm but it costs money. I make sure to bring $20 for my laundry days. This shop is nice because it's clean. It sometimes gets crowded just go during not too busy hrs. I used to have to go here often to do my laundry. Thank the lord I don't have to go here often anymore. The main issue with this place is some of the women who work here are snotty and try to pick verbal fights and are aggressive ( I only use the laundromat because I have to ; we are not all blessed with the same luxuries and we are seriously trying to survive and spend what little money we do have at nicer laundromats such as big wave , without the attitude would be AWESOME !). I just don't appreciate the disrespect I'm seriously only trying to do my laundry ladies ! (I wish I had my own washer and dryer also) I appreciate all hard workers as I am ALSO a hard worker so I know myself that there is no need to be rude to customers. That's not who god blesses. Anyways overall this place is nice if you can avoid the nasty workers because some are very nice. The bad ones just ruin it. I just pray to not need help because it's not kindly offered. How hard is it to keep Downy (Suavecito) odor off your clothes here? I've washed twice on machines that had no Downy in the area for that on the machine. Both times my shirts smell like Downy!! I think they must be mixing water from other machines in or recycling used water. What other explanation is there? read more

Clean. Quality machines and attendant is always on duty. There are daily specials during the week incuding half price wash and dry and free dry with wash. Close enough to a couple stores to shop why you wash, restaurants and coffee if you get hungry. Excellent location and great for the community. read more

Its a really clean place to do laundry been going to it for almost six years. Not a coin laundry but uses relodable cards. lots of discounts during the weekday hours, use to love the free dryers up till 2pm on thursdays. The staff is really hard working and helpfull. an ATM machine is available It gets packed but overall its a good experience. read more

Believe the hype. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever used. Lots of machines of various sizes. The have a great selection of laundry products for purchase if you forget yours. Bring cash, or use their handy ATM to load a card which then runs all your washers and dryers. Lots of carts to transfer your items from washer to dryer to folding table. Free WiFi, snack and drink machines, lots of parking - all in all a great place to do your laundry. While I don't use a laundromat very often, I will absolutely come back to this one. It was my first time here. I had to wash several blankets, bed sheets and comforters on a Sunday mid-morning around 10:45 am. Place is clean and there were several washers available right away without having to wait. I needed help with purchasing card and female attendant was helpful. She didn't seem too thrilled that I bothered her but she walked me through on how to purchase card. All in all, I will most likely come back here again. read more

This place is very frustrating. It could be great, but the employees are infuriating in multiple ways. One, employees lock the exit going towards the street one hour before closing. Two, employees use the laundry machines and will often leave their stuff in the machines for hours after it is done. You can tell it is employees because they put post-it notes on the equipment they are using. Three, the debit card needed to use the machines does not give the one dollar bonus it states that it will give you if you put twenty dollars on the debit card. I was in there this past Saturday and they couldn't have been more helpful. Rocio approached me as soon as I came in and started looking around the laundromat. She gave me tips on how much soap to get, which washer I needed (based on the amount of laundry I had), how many dryer cycles I'd need... My washing machine broke yesterday and honestly, I have not been to a wash house in about 14 years. However, I yelped one and this had the best reviews. Got here at a time I thought was going to be insane. Not bad at all! It's super clean in here and the folks that work here are pleasant. They have 4 different size washers. 2 loaders, 3, 5 and then 8. The 8 is great for towels, sheets or workout clothes. The price ranges from $2.75 to $8. The dryers are just as great. They have vending machines for snacks and drinks. If you forgot your laundry products, they have a vending for that as well. The music selection is not bad. They play music choice from Comcast and the station is tolerable. Once my washer is fixed, I think I will still come here for my towels and bedding. read more

This is by far the best laundromat I've dealt with. I travel for weeks at a time for work, both domestically and internationally, and this is by far the best one I've ever used. I wish they were everywhere I go! It's never taken me more than 5 minutes to drop off my clothes, and they've been washed and folded within a few hours at MOST. They send you a text when it's done. I've never had my clothes ready inside 24 hours, much less 3-4 hours tops! read more

We came here for laundry. This place was clean and the washers and dryers are modern. They have plenty of washers and dryers. They had staff on site who are friendly and helpful, and answered our questions. This laundromat uses pay cards instead of coins. They also have plenty of seats available for the customers. This is my second time at this laundromat, and I prefer this one over the larger one around the corner! The other one is filthy, no restroom and no employees that I've ever seen. This is a busy laundromat and I thought coming in before 7am on Sunday would have been missing the crowds! All the washers were in use so I had to wait for some to be available. It is clean and they have employees here while their open. They offer laundry services if you don't have the time to do laundry yourself. It is small with a few seats and only two long tables for folding that one is always halfway filled with the employees folding laundry. It would be better if the employees could have an area for folding in their office area so the rest of the customers had an area for folding. They have a restroom that has been clean on both of my visits here. They also have current music hits playing that can be heard and isn't spotty so that helps time pass, as well as the free wifi they offer. There are three vending machines( snacks, drinks and laundry items), an arm, and this laundromat doesn't use coin. There is a bill exchange machine and you load money onto a reusable card to use on the washers and dryers. For each $20 you load on the card they give you a free dollar. They also have specials on certain days of the week. 5 load washers $5.50, 3 load $3.50, 2 load $2.75, 8 load $8, smaller 3 load dryers $0.35 for 10 minutes and the larger 5 load dryers $0.55 for minutes. The wash and fold service is $1.25/lb. They're open 6am- 10pm, with last wash at 9pm Monday to Sunday. I only gave 4 starts because of the lack of folding areas and the tight quarters. read more

My first time at a laundromat! Went here even though 20 mins out of my way based on positive reviews. Did not disappoint. The lady managing the facility was super helpful showing me what to do etc. While waiting she didn't stop sweeping and helping others out. The facility is clean and machines are super fast. Think the wash took about 30 mins. Plenty of washers and dryers for all. Well maintained. In a cute shopping area. I felt safe leaving my stuff in the machines while checking put the stores! read more

So the power went out today at the laundromat on Monument Blvd-- actually that whole entire side of town had a power outage so I decided to go to Big wave. I arrived about 5-10 minutes after 9pm which is the time their last wash should be but I was hoping they can make an exception. I went in and put my clothes in the washing machine as quick as I could then I went to my car to get my detergent and I was followed outside by the RUDEST worker. She was a heartless immature girl probably in her 20's that basically yelled at me to go away. I explained to her my situation and she didn't care, she told me that the last wash is at 9pm no matter the circumstances. I told her that I didn't have much clothes to wash and it would be done by 10pm if not sooner. Nothing I said convinced her, it basically got her angrier the more I spoke. She was a complete cold hearted child that only cared about clocking out as early as possible. She obviously doesn't take any pride in her job nor respect the customers that come here. I had to go back in, get my clothes out of the washing machine in embarrassment and leave. I've never came across anyone so cruel that could make me feel like shit. Long story short, don't bother coming here even a minute after 9 or you can get kicked out. Im pretty sure if you're having any technical issues or if you even have a simple question she won't be pleased to help you out. read more
