The trainers genuinely care about helping both dogs and owners succeed. While some of the feedback can be tough to hear at first, its all with the goal of creating clarity and consistency for the dog---and it really works. We quickly realized that many behavior issues came from our own mixed signals or inconsistent commands. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and make sure corrections are fair and appropriate. The progress we've seen has been amazing, and our home is so much more balanced as a result. The classes have also been great for socialization, which we know is just as important as training. Our pup absolutely loves going---it's fun, structured, and rewarding. We'll definitely continue with future classes and highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build a strong bond with their dog.

My cousin and I brought our puppies here, and while most of the trainers were great, our experience…read morewith Janet, the owner, was disappointing. As the only ones with smaller dogs, we felt she was unpleasant toward us. She spoke to us unkindly and repeatedly tried to push her collars and leashes, insisting that our martingale collars were cheap, even though they worked perfectly throughout the training. Another trainer was also unnecessarily aggressive, making us feel as if we didn't know what we were doing. This treatment occurred every week, leaving us feeling so singled out that we decided to skip the last class and never returned. The classes are also held in a parking lot, depending on the location, which wasn't ideal. After this experience, I found some free online classes that were more effective. I regret paying for the service we received and wouldn't recommend this place unless they take this feedback constructively. Hopefully, both the owner and some of the trainers can work on improving their people skills.

I can walk him on a loose leash, and we've been successfully working on helping him feel comfortable around people in public places, as well as other dogs and cats. Best of all, Chelle didn't just train my dog--she trained me, too. I couldn't be happier with the results!

I cannot say enough good things about Chelle and the work she's done with her. From day one, it was clear how deeply knowledgeable she is about dog behavior and how genuinely invested she is in each dog's success. Chelle doesn't just "train" -- she observes, adapts, explains the why, and meets both the dog and owner where they are. Her dedication is unmatched. She is consistently punctual, incredibly prepared, and always willing to go above and beyond -- whether that means staying a little longer to make sure things click, following up between sessions, or adjusting the plan as Mochi progressed. Thanks to Chelle, Mochi is transforming into a calm, well-mannered, confident dog. The difference is night and day, and the results speak for themselves. Beyond the skills Mochi learned, I also gained confidence as an owner because Chelle empowers you with knowledge, not just commands. If you're looking for someone who truly cares, puts in the work, and delivers real, lasting results -- Chelle is it. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who wants the absolute best for their dog.

Collier Ranch Yorkies - Harley Girl

    Collier Ranch Yorkies

    (50 reviews)

Kelly is a true professional Breeder that cares about every pup she breeds!…read more In May 2016 I met Kelly when I rescued a half Yorkie half Brussels who was left at the vet and never picked up. Kelly as the Breeder was the emergency contact and paid the vet to rescue Pookie. She only asked for $450 for this darling 2 year old little girl to cover her vet costs to rescue her. Kelly picked me to have Pookie as I have a neutered male Brussels Griffon Rocco and she liked that I understood the breed. We have enjoyed Pookie so much and everything Kelly told me and followed up with me on was true. She said Pookie would be needy and follow u around everywhere plus try to sneak out with u when u get in car. Others found that annoying but I love it as she and Rocco are just a like! We have stayed in contact so in Feb early 2017 we picked out two Yorkie's each from a different litter - as both litters were born around the same time and available at 12 weeks. A darling little boy Axel who my 11 year old picked out is ours now whose dad was on site and Daddy Duke only weighed 2.5 pounds.Mom was 5 so we knew that he would be tiny as weighed only 1.6 then. My older son picked for his dads house as my ex agreed to get a new pet as lost his English bulldog recently, picked a Girl from the other "larger" litter named Harley now. She was 3.6 pounds and Kelly clearly stated that she would most likely at adult sized be 5 to 6 pounds and Axel between 3 to 4. Anyone who is looking at Kelly as a Breeder should know she has been doing this for over 20 years and the success and caring nature of her business is clear to me by her communication, follow up and truly knowledge the breed with HONESTY. Example: Kelly was concerned recently about the male we picked out - he had been snorting and that he should be vet checked right away. My boys and I had the afternoon free so offered to take him to her vet but could not get an appt until later in afternoon. The boys and her son, Kelly and I went to a yummy Vietnamese restaurant while we waited for Vet and I offered to pay, when I came out of restroom she had taken care of bill!! So nice! Vet said nothing wrong with Axel but that he has the reverse sneeze which I am used to because Rocco has it. She also dropped off at that time other puppies poop samples for fecal testing which to me is a responsible Breeder in more ways to highlight. Both puppies were seen by our vet here in Santa Rosa within the 7 days of contract in perfect health and given next round of vaccines. If your looking to purchase a Yorkie look no further and as with everything in life you get what you pay for. These are well cared for healthy pups that are sold usually by Kelly for pets but she does have some that are show quality and can breed but you gotta pay more if that's your desire and in reading the past reviews of unhappy owners it's clear they did not read the contract as she will work with anyone to make them happy along with guarantee if you follow contract which is a simple one. Happy happy and thrilled with our 3 dogs from Collier Ranch
