Great breakfast sandwich and coffee stop before leaving town. Didn't have time for a sit down meal before driving back to dallas. Friendly service, cool ambiance, and yummy sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin sandwich. Coffee was solid. Lots of parking. Place smelled so yummy when I walked in. Cool lil stash of vintage western wear for eye candy last minute souvenirs. Bathroom is outside the building.

You just know they take pride for n their work when they give u a smile with your coffee.

We did a search while in Marfa and this came up. I must say why we pulled up we were a little skeptical but after walking in we knew we were in the right spot. We grabbed a mocha and a snack and it was fabulous ! We will definitely come back when we have more time. Service was spot on, price was good, even tho the snack was a little pricey but oh sooo good. We got the lemon bar and I wanted the recipe, it was so scrumptious. Definitely a stop you should put on your itinerary while in Marfa !

We enjoyed an oat milk latte (complete with latte art) and a delicious bacon sandwich.

Colorful locals coffee & tea cafe in an old school trailer (thx Flat Track). Here's what they got yo: Pour over, Cold Brew, Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cortado, Macchiato & Zhi Loose Leaf Tea. Plus tasty pastries by Big Buddha. Get a coupa, grab a seat on the deck & just take in the vibes.

Excellent espresso drinks, friendly service, centrally located in Marfa. They sell pastries and coffee beans from Flat Track as well.

Getting there, though, felt like stepping backward in time--partly paved roads, weathered buildings, and aging homes that quietly carry the town's long history. Then, almost abruptly, Sentinel Marfa appears as a striking contrast. The building is crisp and modernist, the kind of clean, intentional design you'd expect in a big-city neighborhood, not tucked into a rugged, historic West Texas landscape. Inside, that contrast continues. The high ceilings and open, airy layout give the space a contemporary calm, while scattered tables display local art, newspapers, and small curios that root it firmly in Marfa's creative spirit. A hallway beside the ordering counter leads to a quieter back room, which in turn opens to an outdoor area shaded by a massive oak tree. The place was buzzing, full enough that we ended up sharing a table with another family, which somehow felt fitting in a town like this. Coffee is ordered at the counter, with both staff and baristas displaying some of that West Texas charm and with a smile. Drinks are picked up at the counter while food finds its way to you. The coffee drinks are crafted with beans from Picacho Coffee Roasters. Straight coffee and lattes were exceptional, and the breakfast tacos, made fresh with fluffy eggs, cheese, and potatoes, delivered exactly what we needed. By the time we left, we felt not just caffeinated, but welcomed and ready to explore a place where time seems to move at its own deliberate pace.

V6 Coffee Bar - Biscuits and gravy with crispy bacon and a fried egg... Reasonably priced and delicious.

I got a Ham, Egg and Cheese Croissant and my husband got an Egg Sandwich. Both breakfast sandwiches tasted great! We also both got coffees that hit the spot! We're pretty plain re: coffees. We get either black cold brews or black iced coffees. We're just looking for the extra caffeine which V6 nailed!! Service was great- the employee we interacted with was so kind and personable! The shop itself was too cute and loved the decor around! One of our fav parts?! There was a cafe cat that was way too sweet!

First off, the address directions via GPS were not correct, it's actually a block down from where GPS leads you... so, after circling around a couple of times, I finally found it. It was worth the effort... I had both the Mexican hot chocolate and the matcha. Very yummy, and just the energy I needed early in the morning for the drives to Big Bend NP and back to Amarillo, respectively. A friend got the yogurt and fruit and found it very filling with a side of breakfast potatoes. On both days I got a burrito. They added avocado and sour cream which gave just the right touch to an already delicious burrito. The staff was so friendly and answered questions about menu items and customizing options. The house kitty was also very friendly. The cafe is small, but there was no problem with seating early in the morning. The artwork on the walls is interesting and western in theme. Everything was warm, clean and inviting. This is definitely the place to stop when you're in the area.
