Brought my truck in yesterday, oil change was fast, I mentioned did u take a look at the tail light? the man at desk said, you didn't say that. Are you telling me I that I am lying? The BIG problem is when scheduling you don't ask my name, number, or what I drive. Do you write ANYTHING down? maybe if you did, you would remeber specific requests. Very disgusted with service, Is it because I am a female? I ask a question, I get a blank stare, or a one word answer. Thanks a lot guys.. going somewhere else next time...

When we mentioned our concern for the NVR, he said don't worry about it. It has a two-year warranty. They installed three cameras we had purchased for and paid for for. We ask them about the fourth camera and we ran the wire for it and they did install it but they installed a different camera than the ones we had purchased. When we asked about that and said we'd like to have one that match the others he said they can't get them anymore. We asked for a refund them for the fourth camera and then the next day they had a camera to match the others. On a couple occasions when they came to adjust cameras, they came without ladders or tools to do the work. We supplied tools and ladders on several occasions. We had a two-year warranty, but he has stopped returning our calls so we've had to hire another company to get us working.

My car was in perfect condition until a…read moretree limb fell on the roof right behind the sunroof after a really bad storm in May/June 2015. They left metal shavings every where that caused rust on the door hinges and caused issues with the windows rolling up and down, they didn't install the front windshield correctly and now there is a whistle, sliced the weather stripping on rear quarter glass and didn't admit to it, the roof molding pieces weren't installed in the right spot, there is a vibration from the sun roof cover, after repair there is a rattle in the rear end (same thing happened after taking my previous car there). After taking my husbands truck for repair after hail damage, they didn't realign the hood correctly. When all these issues and problems were brought to their attention, they refused to correct them and were very dismissive.

It's not the cheapest game in town, and frequently you have to wait in line somewhere in a parking lot across the street, but there's a reason for that: their reputation. Miracle (the original) has been around since the 1960s. Even some of the most basic services include vacuuming and washing the windows of your interior; from there, the car goes through a conveyor system which, on top of a wash, can include different types of waxes, light sealants, undercarriage washes, and tire treatments. At the end, your car is hand-dried by a small army of people and the shammy cloths that are sung about in their locally classic radio jingle. If it's not forecasted, you'll also receive a guarantee card that if it rains or snows the same day, you have two days to bring your car back for a free wash. Alas, others have tried to take the original Miracle formula and duplicate it -- hence why this location needs to be labeled "the original" as there is another Miracle Car Wash in town -- but most residents are dedicated to the oldest one as their quality is well-known. I moved away from Dubuque five years ago and after visiting family, this is where I made a stop to clean my salt-filth-covered car before driving back home.
