He was extremely professional in his setting up, taking care to protect corners where his hoses or cords might hit. He pretreated areas of concern and was even able to remove an unknown stain from 18 years ago that I could never get out. Mason did an excellent job, this is my second time using Zerorez and I will never use anyone else. And right now they are running some specials that are worth taking advantage of, everything is on their website.
