Not only was the work completed in timely and absolutely professional fashion, but the final invoice was HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LESS than the estimate. Honest, professional work, billed for just the time and materials it took. !! What a great team! We recommend FCI without reservation, and will definitely call them again for any floor repairs or rug covering work. When we called the owner, he came to the house and was rude and arrogant. His wife came as well and offered to purchase a new piece of the same vinyl, which was the right thing to do, but he stifled her and only offered another piece of vinyl from their own stock OR they could send a different installer. Considering all the delayed communication, dragging out every effort to get things done, we ended up opting to hire a new installer from another company. As I write this, it's still debatable whether the new installer can fix the rip and incorrect cut or if we will have to purchase another sheet. Either way, we would not recommend this company. The ONLY good thing to be said is that the owners wife was very nice and had good customer service sense. It's too bad that he doesn't share the same character traits.
