During lockdowns, they have the curbside shopping down. You stand at the table and say what you want and they will bring you a whole bunch of options you can look at. Also many of the staff seem to have been working there for years. You don't always see that a lot in retail and I think/hope this means that they treat their employees well. My boyfriend bought a super red betta and some galaxy rasboras. The betta was sold to us at a low price because I think he had a bit of a deformity. He is doing well in his new tank and eating healthy. The galaxy rasboras were okay, but they did seem to have flukes so we had to treat them for that. One ended up dying to a deformity unfortunately. Apart from that, they are fairly healthy and eating well. The fish seem to be generally well taken care of. The tanks are sparsely planted. There is a good selection of shrimp, including green, black and velvet shrimp which is something you don't often see. Overall, it's a nice cozy shop and the owner was very kind. He was helpful and gave up tips on how to acclimate the fish. The prices are also great compared to other stores. I recommend it.

When I went to choose the toothbrush, she changed her mind and said that we will not take it back. The employees do not behave professionally at all. The day I went there to buy that, I asked some questions about the toothbrush and shampoo, which unfortunately the seller didn't know how to answer and started telling stories. In my opinion, it is very important for the store manager to train the employees to give the customer enough information so that the customer can shop more easily and does not need to change products.
