I chatted with Jerry for a few minutes, we discussed different things like how wrong Texas style pancake candy BBQ "sauce" is and how anything at any store is pretty much corn syrup & liquid smoke and he told me how he makes his own sauce so I bit and I'm glad I did. My teenage daughter loved it and my wife, who grew up with ribs and BBQ, and even my fussy son could not stop. As I said, I like supporting small business and working in a kitchen I'm learning how far passion takes the flavors. Jerry is Sicilian (they tie their shoes with a FORZA passion.) and I had a feeling those ribs were going to be the best I've had and he told me and he was right, they are. Search this guy out. I dunno if he's always at the TSC on saturdays or if he floats around (yeah, I'm a "flatlander" even though I've had a cabin on the rim for a decade) Anyway ... you Mogollon monsters got something good going there with Jerry. Love their selection of local honey from various areas of AZ so, if you have allergies, you can find the perfect honey to help those allergies. My friend has bad, seasonal allergies, and she swears that a couple of tablespoons a day helps! I also purchased some honey sticks for my great niece and nephew, who absolutely love flavored honey!
