Our power was at risk of being out for 4 days straight, and Evelyn their CS rep went above and beyond to make sure all avenues were looked at to get our power back on. Even when my landlord wouldn't! Thanks to Evelyn we were able to get power back on next days and without her would have been in a really unfortunate situation. Can't say enough good things about Evelyn and her customer service. The first time they came out, the tech ran the wire, but balked when I asked if he could put ethernet plugs on the wire. With low-voltage wiring, what good would it do for me to have ethernet run if there were no plugs?? After a call to his boss, he did put the ends on; the first time it failed, and he had to return to the house to fix it. Yesterday I called to ask him if he could check one of the cables, which turned out to be okay; I then realized it was the plug on my camera. When I asked if he could put an ethernet plug on the outdoor camera that I have, he called his boss, who then said that they would NOT do that for me. As a result, I've had to buy another camera--and they charged me the trip charge. I won't be using this company again. They supposedly do low-voltage work, yet were unwilling to do the simplest thing. Time to find a company that can do more than run a piece of wire. This company won't last long with this kind of service.
