Like me, they think this is a great addition to the neighborhood. I stopped here because I wanted to make sure the tires were correctly inflated. I'd done it myself but the little light wouldn't go off. So I went to two other air machines and they also said it was fine. Out of an abundance of caution I asked if he would check. He did, with a smile. Now I'll call the dealer and have them fix it. But I'll drive without worry until then. Great add to the area. 30/U

Back at the beginning of December I went in to get a seasonal tire changeover. My appointment was…read moreat 4pm and I didn't get out until 6:15pm or so. Annoying but I understand they're busy at the end of the day when folks get out of work to take their car there. After leaving and driving all of 5 miles (and picking up my mom to go to a concert), my rear driver tire was flat. Pulled over and changed the tire. Already I planned on returning the next morning for a refund or some sort of compensation. At this point it was too late to go to the concert (also due to the fact that the appointment took over 2hrs) so we decide to go get dinner in east aurora. Hesitantly, I get on the 400 and after about 30 seconds of driving on the thruway, second flat tire, this time it was my rear passenger tire. Called roadside assistance and waited 2hrs on the side of the 400 at night in December. When roadside arrived, I realized my front passenger tire was also flat. Roadside took us back to the Union rd Dunn Tire location. Thank god the first tire went on a 30mph road and the second and third tires went while speeding up, not when I was at full speed. If I had been well on the thruway doing 70 and both tires went at once? Myself and my mother could have been seriously hurt or worse. The tires, upon closer inspection, were not attached to the wheels properly so when I turned my vehicle they started to slip off. Unbelievable negligence. I went in there the next morning and had the manager look at my car. He took it in and redid all of the tires as well as replaced the two rear tires. His explanation was that the valve stems were not replaced properly, which frankly I think is bullshit and I guess a better sounding excuse than "yeah my employee didn't properly install tires at a shop called dunn TIRE". He was apologetic and offered a full refund. I don't remember his name but he was good. Whoever worked on my vehicle should never touch one again, and after escalating this with a DM via email, I eventually stopped hearing back. I can't stress enough how much worse this could have been. Maybe this place shouldn't hire a bunch of 20 something year olds that skipped steps in their job bc they wanted to leave on time on a Friday night. Do not go to this location. It was my first time after only going to the McKinley pkwy location prior. Absolutely do not let those people do anything to your car.

No problem, inspection not due until July. I repaired my brakes for $130, Dunn wanted just south of $800 (Wow!) A long list of things they suggest be changed, like a new engine air filter, etc. A long list of upsells basically that were responded to with 'no' Took my car back after doing the brakes today and it took over an hour for the 'reinspection'. After 40 minutes my car had not even been pulled in yet. Once in it took almost another hour to complete. Their shop was not very busy, so I was surprised it took so long as the reinspection is on them, not me, so a money loser I would think. All that and at least for an inspections, I am done with Dunn. Fortunately, I don't need tire service anytime soon.

Good lord do not bring your car here for something simple. I went in just asking them to check the…read moretire pressure (an appointment) on my front left tire. Somehow they had my car for an hour and a half just to show me a tiny tack-sized nail. During that entire time the car was lifted and the tire was completely removed. This was by far the slowest process I've ever experienced for something as basic as checking a tire. To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.
