Mihail and his crew are true craftsman that are meticulous in detail and very hard working. He took the time to confirm every detail of our job while making sure we understood each step of the process. Our old bathroom was the typical spec home master with built in tub. We now have a beautiful custom shower with free standing tub that we absolutely LOVE! Mihail and his crew made sure our new bathroom is perfect in every detail. My wife and I look forward to getting ready each day in our new bathroom. We recently completed a remodel of our stairs and were nervous to have construction crews using our new stairs with all they had to haul in and out. Mihail knew our concern and wrapped our stairs in several layers of protection. He also sealed off the construction area with a zippered wall to keep dust contained and it worked perfectly. They cleaned up everyday and kept it spotless. Very impressive!!! I have now referred Lucas Ilie Construction to several other people and they have been just as impressed with the attention to detail, understanding and cleanliness. I consider myself very picky and he exceeded my expectations. I'm looking forward to having them out again for my next remodel. One additional area that I forgot to mention is safety. My wife and I always felt comfortable with having their crew in our home. Mihail made sure he was on site each day. Highly, highly recommend them. We used: Carrera marble shower walls and vanities. Natural limestone floors. Polished nickel hardware.

I hired this company known as Emilio-Molina Painter for a project that was initially quoted to take…read morethree days. However, the work was completed in just one day, and it became evident that the job was rushed. Despite paying the full amount of $4,100 and receiving positive treatment during the initial interaction, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Many areas were missed, and the finish appeared sloppy. I requested multiple times for touch-ups and cleaning, and the painter assured me on five separate occasions that they would return to address the issues. Over a month has passed, and despite my repeated follow-ups and giving them the benefit of the doubt, no action has been taken to resolve the situation. I am truly disappointed, especially since I trusted this family-owned business. Unfortunately, I feel that I have learned a hard lesson about ensuring quality and follow-through, regardless of initial impressions. Disappointing, I gave them a positive review on thumbtack before seeing the results.

After finding the type of wall we wanted we asked them if they had any business cards for contractors. I called and received a bid from three contractors. Out of the three contractors we decided to hire Jose De Casas for the job. He was very personable and was what I like to say, "A straight shooter". After I hired Jose I needed to give him the 10% deposit to get the job started. He said that he was working in Martinez and if I come by I can see the job he was currently working on. Wow... the paver patio and walkways he was installing looked beautiful. We found Pavers and Stone Innovations to be the best people we could have hired. The retaining wall turned out to be fantastic! Earlier this year we went through and remodeled our first floor. We hired Vision Painting Plus to…read morepaint our kitchen cabinets, walls, doors, baseboards, stairway, upstairs hallway and ceiling. They did such an amazing job! Carlos was referred to us on the recommendation of our realtor when we needed to have our home exterior painted a couple of years ago, and they did such an amazing job on the outside we trusted them with this huge project on the inside. If you have ever lived through a remodel you can understand how stressful the process can be. Carlos and his crew made the process less stressful by showing up on time, paying attention to detail, and completing the project in the timeframe they committed to. When I realized in the middle of the project that the color I had picked for the front room/stairwell/upstairs hallway wasn't going to work, Carlos listened to my ideas about the look I was trying to achieve and he suggested a color and painted some color swatches on the wall to show me how the light of the room would impact the color, and it was a perfect choice. We had new floors and new granite countertops put in before we decided to paint, but Carlos and his crew covered and prepped everything like the professionals they are. They took great care, nothing was damaged and they cleaned everything up really well after the project was completed. We weighed the pro's and con's of having our cabinets painted vs. having them replaced, and having them painted was the best decision for us. The transformation of our kitchen was remarkable! I use my kitchen every day, and after several months of working in my well loved kitchen, the cabinets are holding up really well. They wipe down really well and look as good as the day they were refinished. When the project was complete, Carlos did a thorough walk through and made a note of some touch ups for the crew to finish. The end result is absolutely stunning and we have enjoyed our freshly updated spaces every day. Working with Carlos and his crew was a great experience and they receive the highest recommendation I can give them. Just look at the before and after pictures and you can see for yourself! If you have one room or a whole house that needs an update, you can expect Carlos with Vision Painting Plus to give you a fair estimate, a reasonable timeframe, and a professional work ethic.
