I have been to this particular store several times over the past few months, and have never had a bad experience. I've never even had an average experience. It's been super every single time! The employees have been so friendly and obviously take their job seriously, making sure to wrap my glass items in newspapers even if there is a line waiting behind me. I've seen them interact with other people too, and they go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy. The store itself is generally pretty clean and organized - not perfect but above my expectations. I've always found what I'm looking for and then some, and end up buying a lot more than what I planned to leave with. The entire store is like a giant impulse buy! Haha. I really do love coming here. She said we had too, we said no and another lady come flying over to us telling us in a stern voice, ( yes you do ) We felt threatened by her almost Communistic approach and standing up so close on our personal space. We have been shopping at other stores prior and not treated like peasants under a dictators rule. My husband said he couldn't wear one by his health nor could I. The Lady employee said I don't care, you have to wear one or you can't shop here. We told her we will leave then that it isn't a law and she wanted to argue with us out the door, we will never shop at that Vinton store again. These businesses that want to push their Communist training on customers should close up period, this is still America at this point.
