Was told by the other store that this store has management issues and it's very cold environment, very trying so hard to give you two bucks for a new dress from even Anthropologie, they don't want nice stuff, they want the same old people and same old stuff and are simply, closed minded. However it was weird ,one day this nice girl, must have been Glenda from the North bought every single Picture book I had from Charlottesville Soho Center. However the zombie like child Told me I brought in naked dolls when clearly they were dressed and they have 4-6 naked dolls in the shelf as you walk in. Hypocrisy over a dang doll, just let it sink in. It's a waste of time.

They called asking about a product with an imperfection, which seemed like stellar customer service. Everyone was masked and practice social distancing when going to pick up. I was already on foot, but they have curbside pick up. The online shopping experience was convenient and identifies items out of stock or low. Wonderful experience from start to finish.
