I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.

I went to the Squire Road Dollar Tree last night, with my friends, and almost all the shelves were…read moreempty, there weren't many products on Dollar Tree shelves, and the selection of items was limited, I found out from a customer, that a cashier that Dollar Tree is raising their prices, I had only $5.00, so I had to put a few items back, I only bought two items, Dollar Tree should start renaming all their stores Dollar Tree Plus and Dollar Tree didn't bother going on social media or contacting the news to let customers know that Dollar Tree is raising their prices, for now on I have to work harder to budget my money, then I am going to shop somewhere else when I need items, the reason why I like going to Dollar Tree because all Dollar Tree stores had reasonable prices only a $1.00 for items then all items were a $1.25 and now Dollar Tree is raising their prices to $5.00 or more for items and I don't think it's right that Dollar Tree keeps their customers in the dark by not telling anyone there going to be changes to the prices.

The cashier instructed me to remove everything from the basket, when I did and went to put the basket away he was angry and told me to just put it on the counter behind me. My last item didn't have a tag on it, if I had noticed earlier I would have grabbed a different one with the tag. The cashier told me that if I really wanted it I'd need to go grab one with a sticker, I ended up passing on the item. I understand being short staffed and needing the tags for items. I've never been asked to go back through the store to find an item with a tag, and I definitely was not going to hold up the line in order to do so. Usually this place is great, hoping that this was a one time situation.

I went in wanting to buy some designer glasses and another customer was already running around the store trying to get someone to open the cases to try on some glasses. Once she found help for us, I asked if I could try a couple on too. I was told by the sales associate that only one person at a time can be helped. Fine. I waited for another 10 minutes for the other client to choose which glasses she would buy. The sales associate then told me she had to go help them at the register and needed to find the cases for the glasses too. Another 15 minutes went by. At that point I just left. They're clearly not interested in making a sale. Such a shame because before this lock up situation, I used to buy all my glasses from this location. Looks like I'll need to find another store.
