My family has worked with her for as long as I can remember, and there's a reason we keep coming back. She actually listens to what you need (comfort, budget, sleep preferences) and then guides you toward the right fit--without pressure, gimmicks, or the usual "let's start you on the most expensive bed so everything else feels cheap" routine that other stores do. With Sherri, you don't have to haggle or play games to get a fair deal. She's upfront, honest, and she'll get you the best price without making you fight for it. You can tell she only carries mattresses she truly believes in--she doesn't push something just because it's pricey. She took her time with us, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident in what was right for us before we left, no matter what that meant. Also worth mentioning: she's amazing with kids. She made our kiddo feel welcome and included, which made the whole experience less stressful and honestly kind of special. If you want a no-pressure, genuinely helpful mattress-buying experience with someone who actually cares that you sleep well--go see Sherri. Highly recommend- best in the business a she has some cool/neat tips and tricks to make sure the mattress you take home is the best fit long term. Mattresses in store are always more broken-in so often when you get home and get the brand new mattress it feels stiff and harder than you remember in store- and her tips and tricks help make sure it'll still be right for you once you get home. For local ingredients the Farmers Market is the best source but be expected to pay 3x what they're worth (trust me I know I used to sell my goods at Farmers Markets). This C&C is clean and well stocked. They have an enormous variety and great weekly specials. I enjoy receiving coupons in the mail and finding new products when I visit weekly sometimes twice a week. You get to know the high volume times as well as the low volume times. Honestly, there are days and times when you have the entire store to yourself or you're stuck in line way back behind all the folks who thinks this is CostCo. Drives me nuts. I loved this store even more back when you had to prove you had a small business and it was exclusive but those days have long since passed and for some strange reason keeps the conversation with the employees humorous. Every time I've picked up the wrong thing - wrong yeast - wrong cheese - whatever, they are totally cool with bringing it back and exchanging it. No questions asked which is more than I can say for most food stores. And plus they will actually start carrying an item if you request it which also a huge bonus (my beloved Shepherd's Grain Flour I could only find at Puratos in BFE). So if you need excellent customer service, a huge selection and don't mind the folks who go there to buy one single carton of eggs to hold up the line you are in for a treat. I know I am - I'll be heading over in about a half hour to get my weekly goods.

Waited a few days and finally got an offer on my cards. Offer was ridiculously low. I said no thanks, I'll come get my cards. As soon as I said I wasn't interested Steve was rude over the phone. Tried arguing with me about the value of the cards, their condition, etc. I told him I wasn't interested in arguing and would simply come get my cards. Went in an hour later and Lo and behold, some were missing. I mentioned this to Steve. I noticed his hands were obviously shaking. As soon as I said something about the missing cards he got extremely defensive. He acted like I had accused him directly (which I did not, I understand mistakes sometimes happen). He then tried to escalate the situation, raising his voice in the crowded store and yelling at me in front of dozens of people. It was Friday night, they were hosting a game night. Steve continued to yell at me, even as I walked out. Unprofessionalism, cards disappearing, and insultingly low offers seem to be par for the course, judging by the reviews. I'll be going to Guardian Games from now on.
