When I asked for assistance in locating specific towels, she appeared frustrated and dismissed me without offering any guidance. It felt as though my presence was more of a nuisance than an opportunity to help a customer. Additionally, I approached the manager to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the service issue. Unfortunately, she mirrored the same lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns, she was curt and seemed uninterested in improving the customer experience. Overall, my visit left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope management takes these comments seriously and works to improve the training and attitude of their staff, particularly regarding management training. Very unprofessional.

I learned my lesson once when I saw something and thought, "Maybe next time." There was no next time, lol. Things move fast here, and the inventory is constantly changing. I recently grabbed a pajama set from here for a trip, and everyone loves them. They were super cute, only $14.99, and when I tell you they are comfortable--I love them! I've gotten tops, shoes, dresses... you name it. I also really like their selection of bathing suits. If you're a bit top-heavy, it might not be the best fit since they sometimes forget about those of us with a little more up top (lol), but the colors are vibrant and fun. The shoe section is one of my favorites as well. We brought our mom one time, and she walked out with 10 pairs of shoes for under $150--yes, seriously! And these were quality, name-brand shoes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend setting aside at least two hours so you can take your time and really go through the store.
