    I love Target (spoken with a French accent) and this one is nice. It's no secret that like many places, Target is no longer requiring masks inside the store. Most customers and employees are taking advantage of this option. This store is usually well stocked, and I love their drive up service. I notify them that I'm headed to the store when I leave, and they always have my items outside on the cart. I've done drive up at other locations and the service was not as fast. Love the customer service here. I'll return again and again.

    I don't frequent Target often, but I do like it, partially because there are bagels around the corner (no bagels on this day). I'm writing this review right now because I'm playing in an online poker tournament and it froze about 25 minutes ago. Update: Tourney froze for everyone and never came back. It was a freeroll for me (I can make money without paying an entry fee) and I was above the average stack. Oh well. What could I tell you that's exciting about Target? Hmm.... Someone to my left sneezed. That was exciting on a relative basis. What else??? I saw employees putting stuff on shelves while pretending I wasn't there (and pretending everyone else wasn't there). And I took pictures of televisions! I will likely hit another Walmart next. I don't know what will happen, but I'm going to make sure it's a more exciting experience, even if I have to force the action.

    A bit newer feel than before the fire. Back in May 2017, a suspicious fire occured at this store that forced them to close for repairs and restocking for over a month. They reopened and I've been back twice, the longest this past Saturday. Can't place my finger on it but something is different. The old Target was getting a bit dated and it showed. The new Target is fresh again and it's more than just a coat of paint. Lighting is better and when they restocked, the selection is a much improved. Store almost feels like it's new. The Starbucks and the Pizza Hut also seem revived. Sorry for the fire but it's actually better since they reopened.

    This store is a little iffy. Sometimes the lines are extremely long, sometimes they're quick and short. I went into target for a few things I needed... and as I was walking through the beauty and health departments, I saw how neat one of the hair care products sections was. I mean, super neat. Displays like this are much appreciated by people like me. Everything looks good, is in its right spot for the most part and items are easy to find. Other targets should pick up on the neatness of this display. I've also never experienced a clearance section until this visit. I wish those items were displayed in a manner that makes it easier to look through them or at them. Having to dig through containers... can't say that was my cup of tea. This location generally has everything in stock, for the most part. I've rarely seen empty shelves or had any issues here.

    Mismanaged low inventory - maybe if they would answer the phone to save me the trip for an out of stock item (again)

She introduced us to the furniture designers/creators and we got to see some live work in progress-they were also friendly and awesome! I have a small custom project and this will be my first place to discuss it once I've firmed it up a bit more. What a refreshing experience!!

I have been the store in Gastonia and although they had one in stock, it is currently being used as decoration. I didn't want to purchase the item that way. So I took to the website and explored online. I spoke to the employee who showed me where the item was in the store. I asked about any coupons that were available but she directed me to make an online purchase and use its coupon. I was able to get 20% off online. I walked around the mall as the order was being transferred to this location. When I came back, around 45 minutes later, the item was ready for me to pick up. The only issue I had was the employee, who was not my original SA, did not check my order number or ID to make sure it was me. She just asked that I sign for it and it was all mine. I thought there may have been some additional precautions to pick up the item, but there wasn't any. Anyone could have come up and said that item was theirs and walk out with it.

A few days later I purchased it for PICKUP over the phone via a payment link he sent. He told me since they had done some rearranging in the showroom, the couch I had purchased was moved to the warehouse and wouldn't be available for pickup until Tuesday (today). Today I was told that they had accidentally placed MY couch on a delivery truck and couldn't get a hold of the driver to track it down. Then a few hours later, Matthew calls again saying that MY couch had been delivered to another customer who had purchased the same couch (this customer now has 2 couches). And of course he wasn't able to get in touch with them either. He let me know now I would have to wait until they're able to get MY couch back in their possession to look over it and confirm it was the same one THEY SENT to a different customer. He said if they were unable to do so or if the couch had any issues they could offer to deliver a new couch but it would be over a MONTH in the future. This is unacceptable. One of the only reasons I decided on this couch was the fast turn around to receive it. I then called the store to process a full refund as I am no longer interested in giving Furniture Row my money. I spoke with Austin on the phone who said he had been informed about this situation and he would be able to initiate a refund. He then had the AUDACITY to ask if the leather cleaner (that they had offered for an additional $1 on my order) was already in my possession. As if that was going to cause an issue with my refund. Which how could I have it if Matthew said I would only be able to get it when picking up my couch?? Overall, I am VERY upset with this whole experience, and will NEVER be purchasing from, or entering this store again. And will be sharing my negative experience with everyone I had told about this couch. DO NOT trust them to handle your purchases professionally, carefully, or diligently! Additionally, I will be monitoring this review to ensure Furniture Row does not delete it.

Purchased this chair w/heat as a Christmas gift & it was delivered 12/16/25. Shortly after delivery we discovered we were sold a previously used, damaged & returned chair. The cords to the remote control were chewed and black electrical tape had been wrapped around the areas that had exposed wiring leaving the other chewed areas exposed. The foot rest leaned to the left and the chair was noisy along with material damage. Still not sure how this chair was allowed to be wrapped back up and delivered as a new product. We now have the replacement and it seemed fine until the past month. Everyday the chair gets louder and louder when reclining or putting it back in the upright position. The left side of the foot rest seems to lean again and though the noise is coming from both sides, it seems to be the worse on the left. Tried to contact the warranty company, thank goodness we purchased the warranty, and it too has been a big disappointment. I tried creating an account and the company doesn't recognize my name, email, phone number, warranty agreement number or anything else. I tried calling and the number would ring then go to a quick busy signal. After 3 different phone numbers I finally had to send a video and my documentation to a support email. To add acid to the wound, just found out that our credit card was never reimbursed for a charge to a purchase that we never took ownership of because the salesman put in the wrong item. I just had to file a dispute for that charge with the credit card company for over $3200! Service/Delivery Comments (Optional) The delivery drivers were great but the product was previously used, returned and in horrible condition. It should have NEVER made it out of Haverty's and delivered as a new product. We have always purchased our furnishings from Haverty's but the quality is just not there anymore. Time to reconsider a new company to purchase from.
