    Is it weird to write a review for Marshalls? I hope not…read more I'm so glad I have this location so close because we all know all Marshall's aren't this good. Coming here is always a pleasant experience and this comes from someone who very much dislikes shopping in stores. Even though the store can be messy at times, it's never as bad as any Ross. Staff is always friendly, except for one employee who always has an attitude but I know who not to go with. I love Marshalls because it's kind of like a Target to me, I always walk in needing 1 thing and walk out with $300 worth of "deals." I can't feel bad about spending here. This is my go to place for anything home, workout clothes, shoes and bedding. When in need of new comforters, Marshalls is the place to go first. And usually the last. You find shoes, oh! The shoes! Always at great price. I once found some Naturalizer espadrilles that I had bought at Dillards for $90, here for $39.99, I mean it was 2 months after but still a good price. All my family has luggage from here and we all love it. We love spending $60 instead of a $100 a piece. Very good quality. The one thing I do stay away from is handbags and Ralph Lauren, only because the more prestigious brands are at a higher price here than what you would find on sale at Macy's but besides that, Marshall's you have my heart.

Team that packs up online orders…read more TRAIN YOUR TEAM My last AAFES online orders have shipped from the Fort Bliss Exchange, Shipping Department. Last three orders placed on AAFES, again all shipped from Ft Bliss Exchange, have ALL ARRIVED BROKEN. Three claims filed with online AAFES. Last Order from FT Bliss, arrived 30 Oct 25, also arrived with extensive damage, all 6 items. No padding on the items, one piece of brown paper around a 2 lb Resin Figurine / Candle Holder. No bubble wrap, no styrofoam, no air pockets pillow things - they beat each other up as they travelled to San Diego area. No damage to box, not FedEx's fault. FOLLOW UP MONDAY: NOV 3: I called and spoke to GM / Store Manager, very nice of her to take my call. She said no one from AAFES online orders, had reached out to let them know of breakage issue with online orders shipped out of Fort Bliss Exchange complex. In the whole scheme of things this is not important, but it is a big waste of money & customer time ( Customer has to call shopmyexchange, start claim process, supply photos and then wait for return or even exchange ) - She said she would pass the packing / breakage issue to the shipping department. Bubble Wrap is a wonderful thing. This was 3 separate shipments, all the same items, all arrived damaged due to lack of padding. I did this claim business three times and I am tired. No more 2 lb frogs for me - this was a total of 15 broken frogs in 3 separate shipments. I am having nightmares of Bath & Body Works frogs crippled and damaged chasing me thru the house. I have PTFD, post traumatic frog disorder.

He helped me get the best option at a great price, and helped get me set up with AT&T. He made sure all information was in order, and that I had all necessary accessories for my purchase. This costumer service performed all this while giving on the job training to Cat who was phenomenal, and picked up training with ease. This was an awesome service that took less then twenty minutes. They got me through quick, and I didn't even need a phone to complete it. Just have your info in order go in, go out. Great service!
