I was being scammed... long story... I was told to go in and buy the dog card (target card.) So, being as off center as I was during the ordeal, I went to the register to buy 6 $500.00 cards. I tried to do just that and the cashier called security over to speak to me. He was wonderful and told me there were a lot of scams happening with the gift cards and that I could only buy 1 $500.00 card. He spoke to me in such a way it slapped me straight. I want desperately to thank him and maybe tell his manager he saved me a whole lot of money and I will never be able to thank him enough. This is the store on Lee Trevino in East El Paso. I have tried calling that store at the very LEAST 15 times. Nobody answers the phone. I will go over and speak to his manager and let him know about the incident and hope he rewards the Security Chief that saved my life. If any one can help me get in touch with this store. Please let me know. read more

I needed to pick up some groceries, and to stock up early on my Valentines! I found exactly what I was looking for! Get here early to get your Valentines because although their supplies are bountiful, they will not last long. This location is one of my favorite locations. It is always clean, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Today, the produce section was fully stocked, and I took advantage picking up fruit, spinach, kale, celery, onions, all for my stew and salads! What I absolutely love about Target is that they have cashiers! If I choose to self-checkout, I can do so, but it's nice to be able to have a cashier ring up my items as well. This was a quick visit. I was out in under 25 minutes. Highly recommended! read more

Look, I come here a LOT. And to folks who are looking to save a buck, that may seem odd. Here's the thing. Target is the place you go when you're sick of going to Walmart every other day just to purchase a cucumber or something (the ladies out there know what I'm talkin' about). But seriously, folks...I think one thing that sets Target lightyears ahead of Walmart is a more superior (not to mention functional) contactless payment system. You see, Target actually has Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. I'll never understand why Walmart insisted on having their own contactless payment system, because it's slower than molasses. But....I digress. I appreciate the fact that this Target features a copious amount of handicap parking spots; particularly for disabled veterans such as myself who just need to get in and get out of places harboring huge crowds, fast! I love that Target has popcorn far tastier and more buttery than the stuff they serve in movie theatres. I love that they have personal pan pizzas hot and ready to go at all times. Overall, I can't really think of anything negative about this Target. Even the location rocks the Kasbah. This place is truly...on Target (I'll get my coat), and worthy of 5 bags of delicious, buttery popcorn out of 5. read more

Stood in the customer service line patiently waiting to be helped. Asked the associate if they were price matching to Amazon prime and I was assured that as long as it pulled up on their mobile and was the exact model then yes they would price match. Found the item I was excited to purchase and took it to self checkout where the cashier said they couldn't price match it. I told her that customer service desk had told me they could but she said no because Amazon prime was a subscription... Left pretty bummed that I wasn't offered any other solution or honored the price match since it was poor communication between their team. That was an unpleasant experience and a waist of time. read more

I'm going to need Target to do better!!! This is the second time in one week I've been less than impressed with this store! Honestly I am not an employee and shouldn't be pressured into self checkout! It's sad that they consistently have only one cashier available at any given time. Most disturbing is that they have items on the shelves that two and a half months past expiration!! Now I understand why when I do grocery pick up I sometimes get an expired one. You think ah it's just one and don't complain but this is ridiculous. There were more! read more

As the only Super Target in El Paso, it never disappoints. They have such a huge toy section, that it is so easy to find a toy for any kid in your life! This time around we were shopping for my girlfriends niece 8th birthday! I'm so glad they had a huge LOL section and they had a good selection of mini brands. Over all, we found some great gifts that are definitely going to put a huge smile on her nieces face! When it comes to the employees and the store itself, all the employees are nice and helpful! The store is also very clean and organized considering how many people are visiting there on a daily basis! read more

Target is one step above Walmart at least they speak English. However they have gone totally Woke. Just like Walmart. Now they have gone to scanners too. The CVS pharmacy in this Target is an absolute joke. The pharmacy technician's turn over rate is ridiculous. When I used them I couldn't keep track of who was who and they where constantly running out of medicine. read more

This is by far my favorite Target. It's a Super Target, so I buy all of my groceries from here, as well as toiletries and clothing/shoes. They now have a drive up selection where they will bring out whatever you ordered to your car. They also offer in store pickup as well. Make sure you download their app and scan products to see if they are a coupon/on sale. You can also get the Red Card to save you 5% every time you shop with it. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Store always looks clean. read more

Went into Target on Joe Battle looking for a carbon monoxide detector. These three were labeled with a price of $12.29. At the register it rings up with s price of $44.99. Sooooo i do not remember Super Target ever being this fancy nor their clothing selection ever looking more chic... but damn! This Target right here? I can spend all day just hanging out! Eating, shopping, getting my hair done even? You name it! A Starbucks for any studying needs too. What a fabulous location! Best of all, there are these very particular set of green grapes, which are legit Heaven sent, and are only available here!!! They're be Pretty Lady brand which we used to have back in San Antonio, and we were always on the search for something similar in el paso this past year. Finally found it here!! We are now happy, grape people lol. Their deli, sushi selection, produce... thats as far as i got the first time and i was already dazzled, so you can imagine how much better the rest is! read more

Terrible food selections. CVS apparently has had some turnover. I had called there yesterday to see if the had a medication available. The technician that I spoke was rude and asked me did I know the pharmaceutical company. Now I ask you how I'm I suppose to know the pharmaceutical company. I have no idea how the CVS pharmacies continue to bring in customers with type of rudeness. read more

This has to be the biggest disappointment for not only a Target, but a SUPER Target location... I love shopping at target for all of the reasons everyone else does. So I'll still buy from this place but will never shop at this location due to the embarrassing lack of organization. That made this store so stressful and nonfunctional as a whole to shop in. Example: boys department was not only in the men section but also in the little girls section. They don't even have an isle designated for clothing detergent, but you can find them at the ends of isle away from where all other cleaning supplies. Need mopping cleaner? Don't bother spending an hour of your life searching, spoiler alert: they don't have it! Or they do and you'll never find it! Parents, skip Chuckie Cheese, bring your children here and spends hours wearing them out by playing an entertaining game of grocery shopping! read more

The best part about Target is it isn't Walmart so you won't see nearly as many people in pajamas, cracks showing and dogs I do mean literally dogs seen it many times at Walmart. The downside is, well it's not Walmart so things ate more expensive and you are not going to find everything you need. read more

How can I not review one of my favorite stores? Five starts, that's right! I don't do Wal-Mart and next to Sprouts, this is a favorite. The service is always amazing. You sometimes find a rude employee, but it's mostly during the seasonal rush and they don't last long. The shelves are always fully stocked and the store is always clean. Their produce and meat selection is not that varied, but they are getting better at it. Whatever I can't find at Sprouts, I find it here and sometimes at a better price. I like that they have been getting on board with the demand for organic and healthier (clean diet) items. Everything else from clothing, shoes, home decor - it's amazing! Find it expensive? Try their cartwheel offers and coupons. Add to that the 5% you get when you use the Target debit card and you save even more. read more

Favorite store after Sprouts. 100% ok with paying a bit more for friendly staff, clean isles, and a nicer store to walk through. The real dealbreaker, it's not Walmart. I always check the target app before walking in. Then I scan every item on the app while putting it in my cart. Cartwheel saves me $ on each transaction and more often than not, it has 40% or 30% off at Starbucks which I love. It's sometimes on Frappuccino's, other times on tea, it always varies. The cartwheel app usually has $10 off discounts after a $40 purchase on certain departments. If you're a student, I've found that Target has the lowest price for calculators compared to Walmart who doesn't even have them stock and Office Depot who has them for about $4 more. They now have same day grocery pick up and $5.99 delivery which is so convenient but not all items are eligible. So it's not perfect yet, but I trust it will be soon. read more

Very clean store, very friendly and helpful staff. Free Wi-fi! As with any Target the prices are a little bit high, but for the atmosphere and customer service I'll take it. We have been there for everything groceries to video games, lawn decor to bathroom accessories, and even "theme clothes" for the kid's themed school days. Over the last three weeks of the COVID-19 rush, it has been pretty incredible to watch the staff. While their stock of some supplies were running low or out, the staff kept restocking what they could. They assisted customers and maintained a calmness to the store that almost made you forget you needed toilet paper, just like everyone else in America. read more

The carts aren't being cleaned. Up to the customers to do so. They provide wipes but not sure how effective they are or what they are chemically made of, so bring your own if you're worried. Target as a department store has fallen drastically. I rarely go their but when I do it is to pick up medicine at CVS. What I noticed was lack of people (when compared to Walmart). Little in automation and stores are in desperate need of a complete overhaul. read more

This Super Target is awesome. It is all shiney and new, so I hope it maintains its current glory. I personally have not been to a Target this nice. The left side is typical Target fare. The grocery is what makes this Target stand out. The grocery is fantastic. I have been to many Target grocery sections and this is the best I've seen. They had great brands that I've only been able to find at Sun Harvest or Tucan (is Las Cruces), like AppleGate Farms. They are the only store in El Paso that carries my favorite Flatout Flat Bread that became a diet staple of mine back in Seattle. Maybe I'm just feeling really desperate, but shopping in this Target really made me feel like I can really live in El Paso now. It's clean, the people were nice enough, and they actually sell what I want. It was that little ray of hope and satisfaction I needed to bring me out of a slump I've been feeling in town. read more

I love target so much better than Walmart, Walmart is confidently located closer to my house but when I do get the chance to go to target it's really nice because it's not as noisy and not as crowded. They have a better variety of meats too. I also love that they have a Starbucks in the store. read more

I absolutely adore this target! I truly love the employees here! They go far and beyond and excel, when it comes to customer service! Whenever I had an issue they accommodated me and truly showed sincerity . This is the biggest and the best target in El Paso! I love how clean it always is! I love how they have a Starbucks in it as well. Which makes it super convenient for me to sip and shop. My favorite area is the bullseye section which is a great size and always fully stocked. I love how target price matches so I'm always price matching with competitors around and also using my red card and target circle for additional deals and discounts. I have been shopping at Target for many years, and have had excellent experiences. The employees at this location are all very helpful, and they seem to always be within eyesight when you need assistance. I also appreciate that Target is very clean, and is doing an excellent job sanitizing their stores during this Codid-19 Pandemic. I said all of that in order to be fair and provide some balance for an experience I had on December 14, 2021 at this location. Here's what happened: 1) I went to pick up my order at the customer service desk; 2) The young lady who was manning the desk was on one of those 'hushed' cell phone calls while faking a stare at the computer screen; 3) After a six minute wait, the young lady went to retrieve my items; 3) After waiting for about 20 minutes for the young lady to come back with my items, I took a ten minute stroll; 4) When I returned to the customer service desk, my items were all there, they appeared to be OK, and the young lady told me to pull my vehicle up to the loading area; 5) Once in the loading area, a young man brought my items out, and helped me load them into my vehicle; 6 After arriving home, I delayed taking the items out of my vehicle for a day; 7) By the second day, I discovered two major 'oh crap' things about the items. The first discovery was that the baby mattress had a hole in one of the corners of it. The second discovery was that the crib was not the model I ordered, nor was it the color I ordered. These two errors should have been picked up by the young lady who went to retrieve the items. All Target employees have the electronic scanner with them. It begs the question as to what are the quality control processes for online orders. Though I will continue to shop at Target, I will never again purchase an oversized item online. read more

This is the biggest target I've ever seen. The staff are friendly, and helpful. It is much cleaner than the other Target locations in El Paso. I will only be shopping at this location from now on. I'm a very loyal Target customer and its almost my first stop for anything! I do not go to Walmart therefore Target is my first choice. Staff is usually friendly and hardly run into any problems with employees. I would like to draw attention to the grocery entrance of the store. The smell of fried food is extremely strong. Not sure if its the roasted chickens but I don't get that smell at other stores. Another thing I would like to see different is shopping carts. It seems like they can use an upgrade. Many of them are very old, dirty and not working properly. It would be a good idea to update them. read more
