Target will forever be one of my favorite stores! During our holiday trip to El Paso, we visited this Target store almost on a daily basis since it was so close to our airbnb. This store not only has the usual retail section, but also has a pharmacy and groceries. This Target location was always super clean and organized, and the staff was really nice. We were always able to find what we needed, from last minute holiday shopping, to groceries or just some fun activities to keep the kiddo entertained. I also like that is located in the corner of Montwood and George Dieter which makes it very easy to access. Thank you Target for making our holiday trip a little easy! read more

I have no issue with the store, this location is beyond respectful on point service and selection and value for your buck. But it's more of an issue with the company in whole. Like they are hiring but when someone who has all qualifications does not get hired. I'm beyond disappointed and I will not be shopping at Target again read more

This Target in my opinion is the best in the area for drive up pickup orders. They are always very prompt when you check in that you are in route and the employees are always very friendly. If shopping inside the selection can be smaller than other Target's in the area, but the store is clean, well organized, and is in a convenient location. read more

I have greatly appreciated terrific TARGET for remaining open as much as possible, especially during this ongoing pandemic. I regularly use the recycle bins inside the North entrance, and really like being able to stash my EV (aka my "eBikeKit-assisted CruzBike") nearby. I recently bought cream (for a soon-to-be-purchase of Noble Brew coffee), and cashier Martine was extremely professional as well as friendly. He represents the ideal TARGET employee, and is another reason for why I always return. Another reason I always return, and something that is most desirable are the four pre-sorted recycling bins. It is far too easy to accumulate "packaging" or other items such as electronics or plastics. It is so convenient to dispose there, then handily buy other needed items inside the store. Another reason is the excellent community support, not only in hiring locals, but in donating funds and goods . El Paso, and any other community where terrific TARGET is located. I have been to this location several times and every time I walk in using the doors that are on the left side of the building it smells like PEE. The smell is so strong it's so nasty! I can spend hours at target and this location is pretty big. The always seem to have a lot of good items on clearance and the sale prices are cheap. I've never been asked if I need help or have ever had an employee interaction but I've seen them just stare at me.. I always do the self pay kiosks since it's much faster to get in and out. Aside from it smelling like PEE this target is pretty decent. So remember when walking in, hold your breath up until you get to the party / cards section! Thank me later! read more

This is the closest Target to where I live and its surprisingly well stocked for not being a Super Target. Its also surprisingly clean for a place that gets as full as it does, sadly they don't have a no kids policy, and unfortunately the stereos on display still have the volume buttons on, SERIOUSLY PEOPLE! Now as far as this Target goes, their staff is always friendly and for the most part the store is rather clean. The only this that there's sometimes a smell in the dairy area. It's a Target, what can you say about it? It is slightly smaller than some others and tends to have limited selections in the grocery/food section. It isn't a Super Target though but even some of the non-super locations have a better selection. Check out is usually very reasonable and this location is much more tame compared to the Joe Battle store. read more

You are either a Target person or a Walmart person. I'm that person who drives past 5 Walmarts to go to Target. I absolutely love this Target. The pharmacist is very nice. She always answers all my questions. All of the employees always greet the customers and don't act bothered by my presence. I never have to stand in line forever like at Walmart. When I was looking for some bar stools an employee went in the back for me and got them out of the back, and he was very pleasant about it. It wasn't even his section, but he did it anyway! I was in here yesterday and had a little mistake with my transaction. I took it to customer service and they fixed it like THAT, no problem. The store is always clean and I love the deals that give you back gift cards! I also love using my RedCard to save 5%. Good job Target! You guys sure know how to treat a customer! read more

The store is generally not packed and easy to shop. There is no Starbucks in this location. The employees I have encountered have always been very helpful. The bathroom has been nasty the two times (two separate trips) that I have used it. read more

One of my favorite Targets. Always clean and has a "fresh" feel to it. There was this one time though where this black security guard wanted to "detain" me for refilling my small Slurpee cup. (Which I didn't know you weren't suppose to do.) She made a big deal about like if I was trying to walk out with a Blu-ray player or something. She then searched all my bags and checked my receipt. I have not seen her since that day... so I am hoping Target got rid of her. I felt a sort or prejudice cause she was doing this to all the young looking people. Anyway I still love this Target aside from that one incident. The employees are never just sitting around and they are very helpfully when you need their help. One of my favorite "shopping spree" places to go to. Very innovated company as well that always want to be modern and up to date. read more

Recently stopped by here to see what they had as far as dog food goes. The Caesars dog food I feed my dog for breakfast was 28% cheaper than the Albertsons located at the same corner. They also had twice as many flavors of that brand to choose from. Beneful bowls were much better deal there too. My now goto place for dog food. Had seen the ads for Skippy PB Bites and tried them at Albertsons. $3.50. Checked for them at Target and the same thing was $2.99. Granted their grocery items are not as vast as Albertsons but if Target has what you need, it is significantly less expensive. The staff at Target is far and away friendlier than Albertsons too. read more

Who doesn't love Target right? I always find any excuse to go to Target and have good experiences, but my fiancé tried returning a shirt that didn't fit my dad and we had the most horrible experience due to a rude employee in guest services. My fiancé asked her multiple times to please speak to manager because she would not allow him to return the item and she was so rude and refused to get a manager and told him "there's nothing a manager can do for you." Well Tina, we spoke to the manager by phone after and it was definitely not the way to approach the situation. We completely understand if an item cannot be returned anymore, but why the bad attitude? Maybe she needs to be moved to a department in which she does not work with people. There are so many ppl without a job right now and would love to be in her place. The manager we spoke to was very nice and understanding. I've always had such good customer service at this location. When you first walk in the south entrance, there is an odor that is strong and atrocious. It smells primarily like old carpet, with a hint of rotten maple syrup. I reported this to an employee in December, but it still stinks. read more

Appalling l customer service! I am an avid Target shopper. I visit Target at least twice a week and have never had a problem until now. I was at the guest services desk doing a price match and the store manager claimed he would not honor it. I have priced matched at Target many times and clearly understand their price match policy. The store manager said he would not honor it and if we didn't like it we could leave the store. He also refused to call customer service for us. I was extremely shocked because I have always received wonderful service at other Target stores. We ended up driving to another Target location and were in and out in 5 minutes with the price match honored! read more
