He was wonderful and told me there were a lot of scams happening with the gift cards and that I could only buy 1 $500.00 card. He spoke to me in such a way it slapped me straight. I want desperately to thank him and maybe tell his manager he saved me a whole lot of money and I will never be able to thank him enough. This is the store on Lee Trevino in East El Paso. I have tried calling that store at the very LEAST 15 times. Nobody answers the phone. I will go over and speak to his manager and let him know about the incident and hope he rewards the Security Chief that saved my life. If any one can help me get in touch with this store. Folks are around restocking and helping customers with questions on items. This place is all about value. Items are $5 or less. It's all in the name. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The store is full of everything, from candy to snacks. Currently, they have the store decked with Halloween items...right when the Wal-Mart next door already has its Christmas decor out. I liken this place to a high end Dollar General or Dollar Store. Great for gifts

I really do not like shopping and…read moredo the majority of it online, However, the reason I first entered this store was that of my mother and now has become several visits which I do not regret. My mom loves this store because of the variety of purses they sell. She buys these purses as gifts for her staff because I guess they all go super nuts over purses, especially Michael Kors. It's an advantage for her because it seems that TJ Maxx is always carrying Michael Kors in stock and this location is very convenient for us. Now the reason I love this store is because of the Homegoods section. I love this side of the store because of some of the unique furnishings I can find for a home that works as perfect gifts for my staff. I have bought a variety of different items ranging from vases to Eiffel towers, paintings to items for the kitchen that my staff loves. Some have even asked me if I can find another piece because they loved it so much. Sometimes I can but sometimes you run into a problem of it being pretty unique that you just might not see it the next day. I find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful and the checkout process is usually rather quick.

Also, all Dollar Tree Stores I have visited in 6 different states they all have long lines at their registers. I enjoy visiting all Dollar Stores for seasonal decorations, basic last minute items, items I would not care for loosing yet necessary for parties, reunions etc. For example today I bought 6 tooth brushes in cup to have in case I am hosting a visitor who forgot their tooth brush. The name "Dollar General" is deceiving because people who don't frequent these stores may think this is the "dollar per item type of store," but it is not. Standard prices here, some items at a more affordable price than others, and other items slightly more expensive than the rest. I enjoy visiting when I don't want to be bugged by buying something at a larger store such as Walmart or more costly items at Albertsons.
