I've been noticing this store for a few weeks now as we drive by it and have been wanting to stop. Since Angie's on South Lee closed down, we've been looking for a nice place to fill its spot. This place is more like the old Cherokee Liquidators that use to be on Spring Place Rd when I was a kid. Lots of little gadgets, camping gear, BB guns, cell phone stuff and used shoes. Their prices are fare and we even got some better deals at the register. The staff was friendly and had a smile. Even the other customers were friendly during this visit. I'm not sure this will be a weekly shopping place, but I will definitely be back to check out future deals.

Was checking out the 2 customers in front of me and tries to direct me to self checkout. I do not ring my own stuff up after spending my money at your store. Let him know I'd just go somewhere else. Now, I DO not blame this man. I blame the manager and the company for not fixing this. There should ALWAYS be at least one lane open for customers who do not feel comfortable ringing and bagging their own items after shopping at your establishment.

This is the absolute worst place to do business at as a customer. Attitude, Environment and the outcome of this service center is what makes people never return. From constant problems with customers returning for leaks or parts missing off their vehicles to customers skid pans laying around the shop because they have not been put back on customers vehicles, to hostile working environment. When you have poor management, you have poor service. When you have poor service, you have disappointed customers. Disappointed customers dont return. If I were a manager here, I would be ashamed of myself. Maybe that's the problem. If you dont care about the outcome of your work, you have no shame. Top brass should care that their business is being run down by bad management.
