I visited the East Ridge store and have been quite frequently, this week I spent over $150 on one trip, two days later I tried to return a hoodie, that I wanted but they had it on the wrong size hanger so I realized when I got home and looked at the tag that it was a small and I could not wear it, I also bought two other items that I never took the tags off of or even tried on, Today I tried to exchange the hoodie and I was going to buy a different hoodie with the money that would have been returned from the other two items. I also had my receipt and was a member of their loyalty program. As I went to go get the correct size hoodie a manager/owner came up to me and told me that I could not return the items since they had a faint smoke smell from where my husband smoked a cigarette in the car with the items in the back seat. He told me he couldn't return them because he couldn't resell them. This is complete and utter bullcrap. I am an online seller, and we do not smoke in our home, but we do smoke, in 5 years I have never had a customer complain about a smoke smell. He co9uld have simply let the merchandise air out in a back room for a couple of days to keep a customer. I never spend less than $100 when I go in there and he just completely lost my business over $20, even if he couldn't sell it, which he absolutely could, he lost a very good customer over $20. That is TERRIBLE customer service and a slap in the face as a consumer. We will NEVER return to one of these stores now. Make sure you do not need to return anything, even though the receipt says "15 day return policy with original receipt and all packaging/accessories unless otherwise stated on the receipt. thank you for shopping with us" That is a lie, so buyer beware. read more

I stumbled upon Discovery Outlet as I arrived early for a lunch meeting with my sister at a restaurant in this strip center. WOW! This is a wonderful discovery; pun intended. While I imagine that their items are hit and miss, based on what they can pick up at a bargain, they pass a great discount on the customer. Kitchen items, cleaning items, personal items, linens, clothing, toys, outdoor tools, yard/garden items, food, the list goes on and on of what they offer at SIGNIFICANT discounts. I wish I lived in the area because I would make this a weekly shopping destination before I made my Walmart and/or grocery trip. read more

HORRIBLE! I drove 3.5 hours to buy several of an item that was for sale on FB marketplace that I communicated with the owner the day before. Item was a 2 pack, owner split up the 2 pack and raised the price and wouldn't honor lower price. He said he deleted the FB ad but he didn't. He didn't care that I drove 3.5 hours, just didn't respond. What a horrible way of doing business! read more

I have been here a few times, and it is sort of hit-or-miss. Periodically, there are great values on items in stock. But, I would say about 20% of the inventory is no more than 20% discounted. When I go to a close-out style store, I shouldn't be able to find these items on Amazon.com for about the same price. I would expect all store items to be 25-90% off retail. There are no guarantees, stiffer return policies, and limited inventory. I saw a cutting board for $15. I went and showed the cashier how the same cutting board was $10, regular price, on Walmart.com. She just stared at me and said, "It's $15". So, while the folks are nice, I'd expect a store like this to listen when a customer shows them that their inventory is above retail and to at least offer a price match. read more

So this place is odd. I couldn't make heads or tails of what they were trying to be. Like an all purpose close out store??? Anyway, they had lots of stuff. The store wasn't clean. It kinda smelled damp which freaks me out! They're not priced as a close out store or outlet store should be. We went when they first opened, I will wait a while and try again. read more

If you haven't been there, I suggest you go check it out. If you went there when they 1st opened, go back. Their selection is alot better now and the store is a lot more organized. You can find some really good deals. They had air fryers at increadibly low prices. I bought mine for 15.00. It works great! I've also gotten some great deals on electronic devices. They usually have an aisle of discounted food, an aisle of personal care products, a toy aisle, an aisle of bath, bedroom and kitchen supplies as well as clothing and shoes. Did I say tools? Oh yeah they always have various hand and power tools, various hardware items. Look down as your checking out or you'll miss the knives, watches, electronic lighters, ect.... read more

I had never been in this store, but checked it out today. I found several items that I never knew I needed. Also, they had a nice selection of Coach coats and jackets for $100. I live a few hours away, but I definitely recommend it if you are in the area. read more

This place really has everything! The prices are very fair and they have a lot of really great brand name clothing (coach, Nike, Adidas etc.) The customer service was excellent. I did all of my Christmas shopping there and the prices were cheaper than Walmart and all other retail stores in the area. Also, if you follow them on Facebook they do a lot of giveaways. Highly recommend! read more

They do have a variety of items, but everything was ridiculously overpriced for an 'outlet' store. I expected discounted items, not the same thing I could find at walmart for the same price or cheaper. I was disappointed. read more
