Right from the start, you can tell a well run shop from one that has no supervision. The leaders here are the reason businesses get their bad reputation. This is the absolute worst place to do business at as a customer. Attitude, Environment and the outcome of this service center is what makes people never return. From constant problems with customers returning for leaks or parts missing off their vehicles to customers skid pans laying around the shop because they have not been put back on customers vehicles, to hostile working environment. When you have poor management, you have poor service. When you have poor service, you have disappointed customers. Disappointed customers dont return. If I were a manager here, I would be ashamed of myself. Maybe that's the problem. If you dont care about the outcome of your work, you have no shame. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've shopped at this location my entire life. After tonight I will NEVER shop here again. They took 2 payments out twice then tried to say I didn't pay after they gave me back one payment. Not both I showed them where they had taken out the payment twice only giving me back one. They said no receipt no payment. Even after looking at my bank account. They said that didn't matter. That I needed to pay a third time and that if I left with my groceries that I paid for without a receipt they would call the police. So I called the police then as soon as the officer arrived I showed her the bank account where all my money had come out. Magically they refunded all transactions. They literally tried to take all my money. I'll never shop here again finally after the officer arrived everything was settled but I do not trust these people read more

Yesterday, I purchased a watermelon from Walmart for approximately $6. On my way out of the store the gentleman checking receipts said " your not going to bring that back are ya?" I thought this strange but I said "no I enjoy ya'lls watermelon. " Today, I cut my watermelon and it is inedible!!! So raw we could not eat it. I returned it and Walmart gave me my money back. The most important take away here is that Walmart knows these items are being returned, they know the melons are no good, the melons are still on the floor, and they are still selling them! A quality manager would look at his returns regularly and remove this type of product from the floor!!! or at least cut a few open to see the issue!!! This manager is abusing the customers by not removing them from the store. He is making THE SELL and hoping the customer won't go the extra mile and make a return. I purchased a Hart 20v drill, a Hart 20v jigsaw, and some jigsaw blades. When I returned to the Grady Drive Walmart, the associate who had sold her soul to Walmart refused to return my money on my card as I had my receipt. She then escorted me out of the store basically accusing me of being a thief. While I was saying you are calling me a thief she was denying it yet escorting me out of the store. The McGrady Drive facility hasn't had the correct management and has let these unprofessional females with attitudes rule the store with no repercussions. The store needs a manager and I will be contacting corporate. read more

They have remodeled this Walmart. Service is better as long as you don't go to Automotive. They are friendly and helpful here for the most part. They still need a little work though. They are pretty well stocked on items and the store is looking a lot more presentable and appealing. read more

Was shopping today and like usual I was buying way more than I went in for. My arms so full I am dropping things on my way up to get a shopping cart. Employees standing there with her hands in her pockets doing absolutely nothing, ask me if I need a buggy Then tells me I have to put my stuff down to go get a cart 12 feet away. I politely ask her if she can grab it for me quote "No you can put your stuff down and go get it". I ask her again can you please grab the cart for me, ask her a third time, rolls her eyes at me, turns in a huff and finally helps me out. I tell her thank I appreciate it, "what?" Thank you I appreciate. Then goes back to standing with her hands in her pocket glaring at me. No wonder this store has less than 2 stars. That is probably the worst customer I have ever seen. Where do you apply for that job. I would love to get payed to stand at the front of the store with my hands in my pockets being rude to guest. read more

So I ordered a micro SD card in-store to be delivered to me. Oh it got delivered even showed a photo of my mail box but when I went to get my card it was not in the mail box. So I paid $24.00 for a product I never received. They should have dropped it in my yard. My mail box sits outside the fence. They should have dropped it inside my fence. *ATTENTION* Do NOT buy the protection plan for electronics it's a SCAM. They pretty much say if it was working when you bought it then it's your fault if it breaks. I tried filing a claim 3 different ways and they had a different excuse every time. First time I tried they said it was still under manufactures warranty so call them. (I have two monitors that are the same) 2nd time I filed with the other receipt I have. Told them when my son went to play his games and turned the screen on that there was a line down it. They denied it. 3rd time I called them. (Talked to an over seas guy if you know what I mean) Told him what happened and he said take it to a TV place and get it repaired and send us the receipt. So for a less than $200 monitor they want me to take a lcd screen to get it fixed and pay for it out of my own pocket. The guy at the TV store laughed and said it would cost more to fix it then to just buy a new one. He said they try that all the time and then just deny the claim and stick you/me with the bill. There were only 2 registers open with an actual person to check us out. And there were about 35 people waiting to be checked out between the two. When I asked a manager if they could please open another register he said ( in a frustrated tone) "there are 18 self checkouts you can use." I told him "I can't use the self checkouts because I have small children I have to keep my eyes on." He just tilted his head and put his hands up, then walked away. Terrible customer service. Don't bother with the vision center at this store. Even though Walmart corporate and the 1-800 number says YES, Walmart carries and sells glass lenses; this store REFUSES to sell them to me! I am a 60 year old women who has had glass lenses since I was 21! And now, all of a sudden they are a safety issue? Please understand, it is not that Walmart doesn't sell these lenses, THIS PARTICULAR STORE REFUSES! I have gotten the last 2 sets of prescription lenses from this location, but now, THEY REFUSE! This is about The INTEX Portable Spa that they sell. BUYER BEWARE, the whole entire seam leaks even if you use the gauge that comes with it. It's faulty and Intel is in California and makes you ship the product after 15 days old, it's their policy the barely speaking foreigner said when I called. It's 5 weeks old and I'm stuck with this expensive garbage unless I pay the shipping of the entire unit. And it barely runs. It keeps quitting all the time and gets cold. Save yourself some time and buy a pool, or a real jacuzzi. And these stores run out of everything especially Deer Park Sports Bottle Water. And their newer policy on electronics is ridiculous! Only 15 days, that's just nuts to pay that much money without an excellent warranty and we have allowed this. Used to be 20 yr, 50 yr and lifetime warranties on several things and now you barely get a warranty. It's sickening!
