For Walmart Pick-up, this location has repeatedly been the best as far as in-stock items and prompt service after pulling up and checking in for your pick-up order. I don't expect to be wowed for Walmart pickup, but today I was thanks to a wonderful worker, Rissa. She approached my car with a huge smile, and when she noticed I had my small dog with me, she asked if she could give her a treat (a small Milkbone). Of course, my dog was very pleased by this sweet gesture, as was I. Rissa then proceeded to gently load my groceries into my car trunk and asked if I'd like the bread with me so it didn't get damaged. I've yet to see this level of thoughtfulness at a pick-up, and it was much appreciated. Thank you, Rissa, for your exceptional customer service and care. Went to customer service cause I had a return that I had to do so I went up to the counter and there was like four employees just standing around just talking doing absolutely nothing and there is one guy that was doing the register and helping people out with the line could've went a whole lot faster if these four employees instead of talking and doing nothing would do their job. The absolute worst automotive center you could go to. Service center managers are the problem. Don't care about times customer spends getting Service. A few techs care, but others just trying to make a lazy paycheck. Bottom line is there is no supervision for quality. If you have a bowl of rotten fruit, time to get new fruit. I wouldn't take my bicycle there. They would either leave chain guard off or put degreaser on chain instead of lube.​​ read more

Good grief, what a miserable place. The employees must really hate their jobs based on the sour looks on their faces and almost anger at having to interact with customers. This morning I tried to buy an Otterbox for an iphone and needed to have the case unlocked. Three employees, THREE, at the counter, all looking at their phones, saying nothing. Would NOT even look at me. When I asked to have the case unlocked, I was told by an annoyed clerk, "it will be a minute". So, I solved the problem by going somewhere else. Ms Deanna at the Customer Service desk. BUT, Coach T called me (at my customer's request), patiently listened to my experience at the Self-Checkout and the Service Desk with Ms. Deanna, and did everything possible to listen, remedy, and turn a negative experience into a positive future shopping experience. I went to this local walmart last friday night with my grandson luke. He loves to go to the walmart with his momma, but since he is the oldest he doesn't ever get anything. But you know what grandmas are for. After we almost got hit by three large vehicles we made it through that large double doors and were greeted by reciept checkers and an overwhelming stench. It took us about ten minutes to find a buggy to start shopping with, because there were so many people at the walmart. Luke got what he wanted a couple of those little legos things. Luke doesn't have many friends so anytime with my baby is a good time, because he is never on that telephone chatting. There were many people in there that i wish luke did not have to see. I do not like to judge people of looks, but i can judge them off their smell. The horindous smell i was walking into from this people was some of the worst i have smelt. Luke was having a hard time keeping his tacos in his belly. We headed to the checkout and i have a hard time using the self checkout machines because i am not good with AI. So i went to a real checkout. I loved our bagger man. He did not say a word he just sat their ringing me up and smiling loooking at me dead in the eyes, i love a man who can keep locked eye contact. We left walmart and took a deep breath when we stepped outside to get some clean air, that didn't smell like marlboros and ass cheeks. I would not reccomend this walmart on a friday night. This Walmart has terrible customer service. Whenever you decide to call them and ask any questions at all - you are immediately put on hold for five minutes and then they forget that you are on the phone. Not a single worker is on the same page, I go into Walmart one day and ask if I have something in stock and they say they don't, then the next day they say they do not carry it in store, and the next day they say they are stocking in that night? Someone needs to get their freaking coworkers straight, because this is ridiculous. I cannot ask a simple question that a coworker should know without getting mixed answers, or a worker who does not car. read more

For the most part, I get good service here but they aren't perfect. Sometimes there's a long line, especially in the evening. There are usually no lines in the morning thru lunch. Refills are made so easy here at Walmart. Just down load the Walmart App on your Iphone. Then, just reorder your prescription by scanning or by account. Either way you must also sign up and register the Walmart App so they know who it is. If your Doctor gives you refills, they keep up with it as it is in the computer. Just come by and give your name and birth date and come back the next the day early for a quick and easy pick up with usually no lines. I been coming here for years. Always get generic to save money. If I ask for generic my insurance usually pays all of it. If not its just a few dollars. read more

Very extremely rude employees. they will not do their job and instead of them banning you they have the police do it and then when you call corporate they lie to you telling you that you can go back in just to end up getting arrested. they are a setup and they accuse everyone of stealing and judge you off your looks and follow and torment you. The security officer will chase you out the store cussing you out and threatening you. but then they call the cops and switch up the real story to make it sound like the opposite of what actually happened..... read more

Lots of things went wrong on this trip. Fruits and veggies were poor quality, bruised, rotted or soft. I saw a lot of employees "hanging out" instead of working. The garden area was set up in a way that I couldn't fit my cart through the aisles and the plants inside the store were poorly taken care of, wilted, broken and dying. The worst part of my experience was when I was checking out. After I paid and collected my receipt, I asked the cashier if I had received all my bags, she indicated that I had and so I left. I just happened to be in the Cleveland area - I live 45 minutes outside of it and realized when I got home that I in fact did NOT have all the items I purchased. I promptly called the store's customer service who told me there was absolutely nothing they could do unless I wanted to drive all the way back and furnish my proof of purchase. I offered multiple options for them to make it right for me and was shut down. Not only is there poor service here, the quality of the store's items are the worst I have ever seen in any store. I do not recommend this store to anyone, do not waste your time. There are plenty of other affordable options in the area. read more

Worst customer service and cashiers at any Walmart I have ever been to. Slow doesn't begin to describe the service of 99% of the cashiers. The store isn't the cleanest. It it isn't horrible; I think it depends when you are in there. Decent fruit and veggies; meat is so so. Bakery department is great. Biggest complaint is the cashiers.... they clearly hate their jobs and it shows. It is miserable to go in there. read more

My mom and I were in from out of town and unexpectedly had a flat tire, he helped us get our tire quickly so we could be on our way! Make sure to always check the prices that ring up at the register, they are often different from the stated price. There are not enough employees at the registers, and the employees often appear to be overworked. The store is generally neat and clean. Most of the employees are very helpful. read more

I cant stand going to this Walmart. So much so, I bought a Costco membership just to avoid grocery shopping here. Today I had to come here to make purchases for work. My boss took of with the recipient because the line took forever and it had to be turned in by 5 before the office closed. It was 4:40 at the time. She ran out the doors right before me. I was stopped by the person at the door demanding a receipt. I told him the situation and gave him the name of the cashier who checked me out. He insisted I wait while he called a manager. I was certain the cashier would remember to ladies coming through with 2 large tax free purchases just seconds ago, but instead he treated me like a criminal. This particular employee seems to always be a jerk. He never really greets anyone. At times I have smiled at him as I walk out and he just glares. This is not the only time something like this has happened. My brother in law got accused of switching prices on a video game, detained for almost an hour, let go without an apology when they looked at surveillance that proved he did not. Also, my husband was followed through the story by the big secret security guy, for no reason. If this is Walmart's policy, I can see why they are losing to Amazon. read more

We go to this Walmart at least two times a week. We are very lucky as elderly couple to have money to spend and get what we want. We always are treated so well and your employees know us and are so sweet Thursday we were very disrespected by a greeter in the garden department whose name was John. My husband has to have a buggy to walk from the car I asked him to leave us one to which he replied "you can get one inside" I explained why we needed it he literally three the buggy . I told him he was rude to us to which he replied "you got your buggy didn't you" in a very masty tone We will still shop there just wanted you to know what a jerk you have as a greeter if our kids had been with us it would have been a disaster read more

This is not my favorite Walmart. Entry and parking is usually difficult. Store is not organized well and seems cluttered. Employees are not as friendly as those at Treasury Drive and Ooltewah. These stores are better stocked and organized. read more
