Terrible check out! Never enough cashiers. Parking is absolutely atrocious! Prices keep going up. No longer worth my time going here.

I ordered a Christmas tree online for pick up, specifically because I wanted to make sure I got one before they went out of stock. Then I got an email later saying they sold the order that I bought... I am dissapointed and sad. read more

This Place deserves negative stars. If the health of a nation correlates to the average level of customer service at a store we have major issues. Purchasing Red Barron French bread all thesd are marked at 3.99 but they scanned price is 4.49. this is classic fraud, bait and switch, deceptive and misleading business tactics. Here's the real kicker though when asked the self check out clerk Courtney what Targets issue was she screamed at me and assaulted me by making a quick and abrupt head gesture as if she were attempted to head butt me. So apparently if Target team members don't like being questioned they believe it's ok to threaten the customer with violence. Ask yourself this if a customer did this to Target team member what odds they would call police on the customer? The supervisor came over and changed the price but she offered no apology for the violent behavior Courtney perpatrated. None of the team members were wearing name tags. I reported this incident to Target corporate customer relations multiple times. They eventually just said the store manager did not have time to speak with me about Courtneys violent behavior. Finally to show how Target works I went to the other location where the same item was also overpriced 50 cents before tax. Target apparently believes customers are fools and doesn't care of they are threatened with violence from Target team members. Don't worry the next time a Target member remotely makes me uncomfortable I will be calling my attorney and law enforcement. Oh and in case you didn't know they sell gay clothes that no one wants too. read more

I love Target! It's my favorite store. The only downside is it's not close to me. It's a bit of a drive from downtown and I just forget to go. During the Thanksgiving weekend/Black Friday, they had some killer online deals. They had a 32" LED color tv for $79.99. I had a couple of gift cards from my mom that I hadn't used yet. They equaled $80. Woo hoo! I just had to pay taxes. And I didn't have to go into the store during Black Friday. As much as I love Target, I absolutely detest Black Friday shopping in any store. I just won't do it. Luckily, I didn't have to and was able to go by the next week to pick it up. So I went to the pickup counter and a very pleasant and friendly team member helped me. I asked how big and heavy the box was as I wasn't sure I could get it in my car by myself. She went and looked at it and we both laughed at the size and weight of it. It wasn't big or heavy at all. This was a great reminder to me how much I do love Target and that I need to put it back on my regular shopping rotation. read more

I love this store! The aisles are always clean and items are neatly organized and easy to find. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. We frequent this Target a lot, I mean a lot. Probably 3-4 times a week do to our schedules and lack of ever having a list when we go in. Make sure you download the app and scan your items for discounts as well as price matching. I was able to get a suitcase for $30 less than the in store price because the online price was cheaper. Target is just the best! read more

This Hixon Tennessee location has everything you want from Target. The isles are wide and full of organized stock. It is rare to see abandoned dollies or stock carts here. The staff are eager to help and more than other Target locations, wear a uniform that includes a name tag. As you enter you will pass the restrooms and a well maintained and staffed service desk to the right. To the left is a quaint Starbucks and a Pizza Hut express. Beside the Hut is a separate area that is for Target snacks including popcorn and chilled bottles of soda or flavored water. The offer grocery, home, toy, and office products. The store does have a self checkout section. With regards to the clothing, they have plus sizes for ladies and tons of clearance items for every department. The clothing has a clearly labeled clearance section and the store has most of there clearance items located on the end caps of many isles. Be sure to check out the Target /cartwheel app for extra savings and knowing that this location is heavy into seasonal everything is helpful. read more

One thing I always forget until I get inside the store, is how quiet it is. There's no annoying commercials are music blaring overhead, it's just quiet. Today was no different and it once again surprise me. We were there to pick up a couple of items no major shopping excursion. It was easy to find workers if we needed them, however no one approached us. Which in my book is a good thing. We quickly found the toiletries that we needed, along with some things we probably didn't need. It's a relaxed shopping environment. The store was very clean and it usually seems to be a higher class of people that shop there. No offense to any specific class, but, we've all been to Walmart now haven't we? Oh yeah, that I failed to mention that they have a Starbucks in the front of the store? This was going to be a four star review but I just bumped it up to five. read more

this is such a great target! this is the closest target to where im currently residing, in signal mountain. its incredibly spacious, clean, and has all the normal target items that you would find at any other store. LADIES: if you're looking for a place that won't sell out of those target collabs with other people, I would look here. whowhatwear just came out on that exact day I was visiting, and they had literally ample sizes available for all sizes of the spectrum. even my size was still there and usually mine are the ones that are first gone! they also have a great SALE rack. tons of things on sale from 70% off all the way down to 30% in the clothing section. one thing I will say though is that on a sunday afternoon, the lines were INSANE and took forever. I guess everyone wanted to get their errands done that sunday afternoon and before the superbowl? no self-check out lines here at this target though. :( great location, close to the north gate mall if you're looking to go shopping afterwards as well! read more

I like Target. Plenty of inventory, clean, wide isles, friendly staff---all this without the stuffiness and hassle of a mall store. Due to its location and positioning with Hwy 153, this particular site isn't easy to see from the main road, though. read more
