I was quoted $35 by two people Amber and Jeremiah who fixed the machine. we agreed I DIDN'T need diagnostics (another $34) just needed the parts replaced. I call to see if it is ready and am told the cost is now $69 By a Joshua. His reasoning, the other 2 employees were wrong and shouldn't have quoted me. I said well that is no way to do business, quote one rate and then charge another even when we agreed I didn't need diagnostics because I just needed to have two parts replaced. I pick it up from Amber who said it would be $35. Her response, "they are always arguing in the back". Great way to run a business. Charge more then double what was agreed upon and the machine (almost new) has gas all over it, not the way it was brought in. I will never use this business again.

They fit her properly and she did well on the mountain. Drop off was quick and efficient with their drive thru drop-off. They have a bonus free gear rental once you hit a certain amount of rentals that doesnt expire. Pricing was fair and much more efficient than renting up at Sunrise. Highly recommend.

We are both retired and on social security so appare we were an easy mark. We paid up front because he said he needed us to so he could order parts he never ordered. A second appraisal revealed that many of the repairs did not get done and revealed two to five times the cost of what most RV Mechanics would charge. We disputed the charges with PayPal and won allowing us to recover some of our loss. All in, he charged over $10,000 and we recovered about $3,300. Stay away from this guy!!

I called him out to help with my truck not starting. He charged me $180 just to come out. After…read morelooking at the engine for maybe 10 min he said it's 100% the ignition coil and charged me another $40 for the part and $75 for the installation. Only as soon as he got the part he said it actually wasn't the coil and he needed to test more things. Stood around chatting for a couple hours with about 15 non consecutive minutes of work put into the engine he said he needed to take his wife home and never came back. He didn't do anything but unplug the coil and leave with my $295! Oh and get this, he spent a good portion of the time just virtue signaling, telling me how he doesn't understand why people don't respect each other blah blah blah then steals my money! Keep in mind I do not live in Arizona, I'm just driving through and I'm poor af. So now I had to find another mechanic and pay to have it towed to the shop because I can't trust these sleazy "mobile mechanics"
