"Magic" is a fitting name, because this company pulled off quite the disappearing act. Alfredo came…read moreby to take some notes for an estimate and seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wasn't recommending just the default micromesh gutter guards because I was asking about them, but let me know the pros and cons and general price differences of multiple options. He said he would get back in touch with an estimate shortly, but it's been over a week now and, after multiple attempts to follow up with him (and despite the fact that he was initially very good about following up with me when setting the estimate appointment), I haven't heard anything further. This seemed pretty unprofessional to me, so I looked up the NV license number he has listed on his business card and it turns out that his company and license number are not listed, which is a worrying sign. While he seemed to me like he knows what he's talking about with regard to rain gutters, and looks like he's operating out of a well-equipped truck, all of this has given me enough pause to move on and go with a different contractor.

What followed was four weeks of unanswered calls and texts. Co-owner Eric Mason eventually responded personally, acknowledged the issue, promised a follow-up. That was over two weeks ago. Radio silence since. Great salesmanship, broken operations. A foreman was eventually sent out and did complete the repair -- but co-owner Eric Mason's April 29th message stated he was 'not even made aware there was an issue,' meaning his own team fixed the problem without him knowing.

Super friendly, super efficient, and super conscientious. Due to the snow cover and ice in the gutters, Junior and Francisco took extra time to make sure everything was thawed out for cleaning and then installed properly, and then they took extra time to clean up the debris from the gutters around the yard. Really appreciate the great work and am happy to now have micro-mesh guards installed to help keep the gutters clear. These guys are in demand, so expect to book a bit in advance.

I called what looked like the top rated company on Yelp! ( and they reminded me they were top rated) and the first question they asked was if I had a two story house. Because I do, they declined to do the work - said they were so busy they were only doing single story homes. Go figure. I actually had a price in mind I thought I would have to pay for gutters on my house, and the Sierra Seamless price was exactly what I expected. They do take credit card, but charge 2.9% fee. I had hoped to pay with card but wrote them a check instead. Satisfied customer
