I am surprised that they chose to carry their old listing and their old reviews instead of creating an entirely new listing. This is not the same store because the previous store had a poor selection and I did not find the items to be quality items. The current store has a great selection of sofas, chairs, bedroom furniture, dining sets and more. It is clearly a different store, and I don't know if it's new management, new supplier, higher standards or what but this is definitely an improvement. Some of their brands included England, Bernhardt and Lazy- boy. I loved that the fabric chairs were also available in rich and supple leathers that offered cool colors such as teal, orange, red and nice neutrals as well. We were actually very impressed. They have a nice selection of modern and traditional furniture so a little of something for every décor. That said, the fabric I wanted didn't indicate the option for full webbed edging, while the cheaper fabric did. So I sent a message through their web form asking about it and received an autoreply that I would hear in two days. It took two weeks for a reply where they said I should have called (I guess because they don't assign ANY importance to web site contacts) and they said they all can be ordered with it. But the option still was unavailable on the site. Since we have high winds, I opted for the lesser material because it offered the webbing. I entered the exact measurements I needed to cover my steel fence corners to keep my kitties corralled, mindful of the caution that there can be a 1"-2" variance. But these are "custom." You would think "custom" meant a human is reading the order, measuring it out, and taking professional care. Ah, but we're transmitting the order to India, so... The screens arrived--later than stated--after a world tour that even included Italy. And yes, they are too wide and too long, and they couldn't be arsed to space the grommets evenly. The quality control is pretty poor. I got the webbing all around, though! Woohoo! (sarcasm) I either have to poke holes and create stress points in the fabric to make them fit, or see if a looser, draping screen can still keep the kitties in the yard. I guess I can put the one intended for the narrow fence on the wider one, but that still leaves me without one for the narrow fence. All told, this was a total waste of time and money. When I provided my feedback and opened a ticket, the response from "Bob Victors" was dismissive, saying, in part, "We have reviewed all the details. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify any fabrication error as the screens are fabricated as per the order confirmation." Um... no, they aren't.

After the second order arrived, the original order then got delivered again!!??? 3 months later, after all the extra pallets of flooring were returned, I just got a call and text that the delivery group is looking to redeliver or pickup the already returned flooring!!
