This is our home Big Foot and the team are always great. Smiling and engaging. They remember my wife's drink, not sure that is a good thing or bad one, lol. Maybe she is drinking too. much coffee. Nonetheless, they are always talkative asking how your day is or what are your plans. This is where it can be a bot of a negative too, often I find myself 3-4 back in line and this is a double sided location, so to wait for the coffee's are somewhat painful, but in the back of my mind, I know they are making someone smile at the window, and that is just as important if not more important than my cup of Joe. There has been on occasion that I do not have 15-20 minutes and I will go up the road to another location. But thankful for the job their baristas due to put a smile on your face. I was skeptical about the rating at first, because I was thinking , can you get such a little rating just being a little coffee shop? Well after my visit, I completely understand why. I went later at night with my friend and the barista carried on a long 10 minute conversation with the car in front of us. They passed drinks back-and-forth. When we finally got to place our order, we asked her if everything was OK and she let us know that her friends were there. I could've backed out of the line while waiting I would have but another car behind me. At least we got a great show of the rats in the surrounding area. As for the drinks themselves, my friend and I are frequently at big foot's and Starbucks so we have a standard established and this was well below. Late post, Disappointing service and the coffee isn't even coffee We both got two special blended coffee drinks (it was during summer time so it was hot) and usually their pretty strong too , but this time it feels like we just drank milkshake and didn't kept us awake even if there were a few shots in there of espresso. Also, the lady was no help, it was my birthday week and said I need to call the company to get my points back up for the free drink . If you're a big fan of Italian soda or a coffee drinker, you must try out this place! I kind of "quit" Starbucks after finding out this place. Don't get me wrong, I still love Starbucks, but Big Foot Java makes the drink right where its not too sweet to my liking. The quality stays the same no matter which location you choose to go based on my own experience so far. My favorite togo drink is the White Chocolate Mocha Frappe or just White Chocolate Mocha Latte. I am writing this review because I have found that my card has been double charged multiple times at the West Valley Big Foot since they have started taking CC only about 3 months ago. After reading a review on here about someone saying their card was charged more than what they approved I decided to check my account and I would highly recommend anyone else do the same. s the bank confirmed by time stamp that the doubled charged were in a couple instances only 5 sec apart and for different dollar amounts. Big Foot claims the reason for taking CC only was to combat theft but it seems that they are the ones being the thieves now. I have sent an email to management and will update my review if it is resolved. I am hoping this is an error in their system but half a dozen times within three months does not seem like an error to me. read more

#THANKYOUTHURSDAY For my last hike before I went on a hiatus til spring (thx pregnancy) we decided to do a sunrise hike. Sunrise in the summer is REAL early so yeah... Coffee was needed. Not many places in the Kent area were open. Not Starbucks, that's for sure - and most independent coffee stands weren't open at 3:45 am either. Didn't really want McDonald's coffee... So we went for Bigfoot! We pulled up and the only customers at the stand. Imagine that. The employee was (understandably) not very talkative and got us in and out quickly. I got the Nutty Yeti. It was decent. Best coffee I've ever had? No. Strongest coffee I've ever had? No. However... It was coffee at 3:45 am and that's what mattered. Thank you, Bigfoot, for being 24 hours. Long lines, messed up orders, new staff, grumpy barista - like REALLY grumpy, grounds in coffee, out of half&half... There is always an issue when I have stopped here over the last year. I have just found another stand to run by for a morning or afternoon coffee fix. There was a recent review about a girl getting money stolen from a barista and that exact same thing happened to me last Friday, June 16th around 1:15pm. I ordered a 24oz redbull which is $6.06. The customer service at any bigfoot location is trash so I wasn't bothered by the limited conversation. She did not even offer the ipad to me to tip her. Two days ago I check my bank statement and i was charged $8.06. I was not give the opportunity to tip her so therefore for statement should've said $6.06. This is obviously a reoccurring problem which needs to be taken care of. I have contacted the management of this location, and still have yet to receive anything back. read more

Tried Big Foot Java for the first time and was satisfied with the service but disappointed in the quality and cost of my beverage. I ordered the equivalent of a white chocolate with caramel, blended. The young lady that took my order was really sweet and complimentary. She took my order and made my drink. It looked tasty when I received it but was pretty gross once I gave it a try. First off, it was bitter (you'd think something that had WC & caramel would be super sweet). Additionally, it was really icy and not creamy at all. I'm gonna give this store a 4/5 because almost every single time I go, I have a great experience. I come here pretty regularly. I love Danielle (who sadly doesn't work there anymore ), Angelique, Leslie and the rest of the staff there. They greet me and always make it a welcoming experience for me, my friends and my family who come in. Whenever there are any teas or drinks they can't make because they're out, they always give me good alternatives, which is super nice of them. They are hard workers and it shows im thankful they do a great job. One time at night, one barista said they didn't have a till to make me any drinks, but I wasn't going to pay in cash, I was going to pay with card but she didn't ask and as soon as she told me, she pretty much closed the window. I came back later and then Leslie made me coffee and it was great. Other than that, I never have any problems :) Love all u guys, keep it up!! read more

I ordered a 24oz unicorn dream xbe. I asked for three pieces of ice, so light on the ice. They gave me a 24 oz cup filled 3/4 of the way.... I asked them to fill it and they asked if we wanted more cream. I asked if that was normal to not fill it all the way and they said thats what light ice looks like.... Im paying for a 24oz drink. This is hands down the WORST big foot in the area. Every time I go to this location either I'm in line for 25min despite there only being two cars ahead?! Or the customer service being terrible! Or my drink is being made wrong? OR my drink not being full all the way which is what I paid for?? I have given this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times and I'm ALWAYS disappointed. I usually don't leave reviews unless something really good happens OR if something distasteful happens. Today was the second option. I'm going to keep it very short, I made two jokes (regardless if it was funny or not) and the person serving my coffee to my wife and I named Lindsay refused to even crack a smile. When I made the jokes to make her morning better she refused to even acknowledge me or the fact that I had spoken. At this point I wish I could dispute my wife's card because she gave her a tip but she is the least deserving of any tips.
