Ok Ritchie where is the instruction booklet we've again requested so we don't have to pay a service call. NOW... my watering system isn't working on one of the timers so again no instruction booklet and NO RESPONSE! Seriously Ritchie! Stay away from this business and it's owner! He was able to quickly adjust and replace sprinklers, fix a leaky drip line, and determine why our tree was dieing - it had one blocked drip line when it should have had three working ones! It's been a yearly issue when the heat starts and the grass starts looking stressed. Relying on Yelp and Google.. lead me to Matt from countryside Lawns. Reached out last week, and prompt communication from the start. Matt arrived today and I led him to the problem area.. After two hours of replacing and adjusting sprinkler heads, I could already see a difference. Knowledgeable, professional and honest.. that best describe the visit.
