Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked for a few Day Lillie's be transplanted back into the area. They installed a new drip system with an extension for me to plant my small veggie garden. I work with contractors for a living and I have never met anyone who works as hard as Fernando. He took a backyard that was nothing but dirt and turned it into my own personal paradise. I contacted Garden Design through Yelp and received a response the same day. Fernando accommodated my schedule to meet with me since my time was limited here prior to the close on my home. He provided photos of some of his work and even took me to see some of his completed projects. I was impressed with everything I saw. Getting my backyard completed was a priority for me since I have dogs. I closed on my house on a Friday and Fernando came on Saturday to finalize the scope of the work. Everything was setup up and Heber and his team said they'd take care of our snow removal in a timely manner if/when the Reno area received 3 inches or more of snow. Fast forward to the storm that dropped 8 inches of snow the night of Jan 10th and Heber left us guessing when they would plow our parking lot. The following morning he informed us without any notice that they would not be able to service our account. Not only did Heber bail on us with no notice, but he waited until well into the next morning to inform us of this after our parking lot had turned into a sheet of ice. Heber and Plan It Premises Services do not keep their word. They left us without plow service after we received 8inches of snow, and did not even have the courtesy to call us before or during the storm. Heber instead waited until the following day to send a text that we weren't going to receive their plow service and would not answer any calls regarding this. Heber and Plan It Premise Services have left us and our customers in a dangerous situation. Horrible and extremely unprofessional service from Heber and Plan It Premises Services. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

He was able to quickly adjust and replace sprinklers, fix a leaky drip line, and determine why our tree was dieing - it had one blocked drip line when it should have had three working ones! He set our timers for optimum results. He also advised us on weed control and how to restore our lawn. We look forward to having a green lawn and a healthy tree. We learned so much! It's been a yearly issue when the heat starts and the grass starts looking stressed. Relying on Yelp and Google.. lead me to Matt from countryside Lawns. Reached out last week, and prompt communication from the start. Matt arrived today and I led him to the problem area..
