Upon arrival for lunch we were not impressed by the outside of the building! So if that is you, do not let that deter you. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly lady that made us feel welcomed. Inside was cutely done, but could have some touch-up paint along the walls having scrapes. We ordered the medium everything pizza and it was excellent! We took home to Grand Junction, CO three slices and reheated it for dinner as it was so good! My wife even commented the next time in Price, UT we need to stop in again and bring more home! Highly recommend Big Dons! read more

We were just visiting Price for the day since my friend lives near Lake Powell. After looking at the menu we decided to get a pepperoni to try. It was hot, fresh, crispy and greasy! When I walked in the front door, I felt like I went back in time. It was like entering a high school/college large room where you could envision a dingy party being. The great thing is that my calzone tasted homemade, despite the interior of the place looking like an old dirty basement party room. The sauce that came with the calzone was cold though, so since I was eating on the road, that was not great. The inside was empty, but 1/3 of the tables seemed dirty. The pizza was decent. The toppings were kind of just ok. The crust surface was what looked like it was cooked the appropriate amount of time, the the bottom of the pizza seemed slightly under cooked. There isn't anything upsetting that would make me feel like not returning, but with other options in town, I'll be giving them a try before settling on a return visit. Pizza was ok. Service was bad. She brought the pizza to our table and asked if we wanted plates Got plates and had grease marks on them. We bought fountain drinks with dinner. She never gave us cups, so we went back to get cups she said the fountain was out of order. She didn't remember charging us for drinks. We solved by getting bottled drinks. Sorry can't recommend this place. Kind of nasty. The sad thing about Price is there isn't any good places to eat. We'll have to go to the store next time. read more

Awesome pizza and very college town pizza shop feel. We slept in Price on the way to Arches with the family. Got in rather late and was looking for a good place to go that the kids would like. The girl working the desk at our hotel (Holiday Inn Express) recommended and we are glad we went! The food here is fantastic. Pizza crust and sauce taste home made and were really good reminders that we need to stop frequenting the big chain pizza places. We got the meat lovers and it was perfect. So good that my wife had to stop me from eating too much. Interior was... a little run down. It's like a college dorm room. The kids working there are almost certainly from the local college and they kicked butt. Felt clean and everyone was SUPER NICE. 10/10 would eat here again. read more

Our favorites are the Kaluan Pig, BBQ Chicken, the Hawaiian (CANT remember the name), and the Toninator. Service has always been fast and friendly and food is delish! Never disappointed! I always stop here when working/passing through Price. The Doninator is my goto with it's different flavors. I.e. having pesto as the base and bits of asparagus. The Kaluan Pig is an upgraded version of an Hawaiian pizza. I dare anyone who dosen't like fruit on pizza to try this combination of flavors. read more

Understanding they are a pizza place. The pizza is very good. The red sauce they use has just a slight amount of spice, which I like. The ham on the Hawaiian is shredded with a good taste and I appreciate the texture. The cinnamon streusel was good. Though a bit dry. Should have gotten one of the fruit options. Small shop along the interstate, but the pizza was delicious. The owner was very friendly, and the restaurant was steadily busy , both with carry outs and dine in customers. Sauce was savory, and the pizza was yummy. My only complaint was when we ordered jalapeños on our pizza, it was like they forgot and put them on top after the pizza was already baked.
