Margherita

AMAZING pizza! Wow! Some of my favorite pizza in Utah. They have a beautiful space, awesome patio with gorgeous views. I was driving home from Durango and decided to stop here and I was not disappointed! I got the Margherita pizza and it was delicious. The crust was so light and yummy, I ate the entire thing. Will definitely be back! Super cute space, friendly staff, dog friendly patio space. Can't wait to stop by again!

Pineapple jalapeño pizza

A very good find in a small town! The brewery was in the same building as the food service area. Ambiance was casual but also had cute simple decor. We had the prosciutto and pineapple jalapeño pizzas which were both very tasty. Prosciutto pizza had a very flavorful garlic sauce, and the pineapple jalapeño had a unique sriracha/maple syrup sauce which made for a very good balance of sweet and spicy. Service was friendly and quick. My partner liked his lime gose beer as well. It was a good find on the way to the Arches from Salt Lake City!

First time here, can't wait to go back! I tried a flight of beers because I couldn't decide. All were delicious and I took 8 beers home. For food, we got the chopped salad to share and two pizzas. Salad was delicious! The pizzas were the meatball and the prosciutto. The prosciutto was our favorite. Even if you don't drink this place is totally worth a food stop. Emily was our server, she was fast and friendly. The place is bright and clean, with a patio for warmer days.

We stopped by Helper Beer on our way back from down south to SLC. The vibe inside is beautiful! So many plants and you can see where the beer is made on the one side. The burrata pizza wasn't what I expected since it was melted but the pizza but it was good. The service was really terrible unfortunately. We watched the table next to us come in after us and get water before us, get food before us, and leave before us. I'll be back but I hope service is better!

Heelper Beer was recommended by our camp spot. We packed up the kids and headed over. We parked in front but there is a full parking area in the back. When we walked inside we were not sure if we should seat ourselves of if someone would seat us, there was no sign so we seated ourself and confirmed with someone that worked there. They gave us menus but it took a while for someone to actually help us. They lady that ended up helping us just started her shift and was very nice and friendly. We ordered a beer and some cider. The place is a brewery with a pizza oven. The pale ale I ordered was nice and mellow and the cider was crisp and tart. The cider was served like a wine and about the same portions, heads up if you are expecting a pint. The beer list describes each beer and cider. They only have 12 inch pizzas so we got a gluten free cheese, pepperoni and I ordered the cheese, garlic and relish pizza, can't remember the name and didn't take a photo of the menu, their site doesn't have it either. I tried some of each pizza and enjoyed every one. The building and brewery were pretty cool, it looks like they just opened. I'm sure everything will get dialed in once they've been open for a little while.

Beers super tasty and a great variety. Pizza was excellent. Hand made. Had the jimmy allen

Meatball Pizza, remnants of the olive plate, and Night Indoors Imperial Stout.

I had the Meatball Pizza, excellent. Friendly service and nice vibe. We were in town for 3 nights and we ate at Helper Beer twice. If you like a stout you must try the Night Indoors Imperial Stout.

Ok so this place has been opened for about four months now and its already good. Now imagine one or two years down the road? Ya exactly what I'm thinking. So I had the fancy named turkey sandwich and I gotta say, the flavors work extremely well together. Good amount of turkey is put in it. They use pizza dough for the bread and it works. Its crunchy and chewy and delicious. Now I didnt eat the pizza because after the salad and sandwich I was properly filled. But everyone else at the table really enjoyed theirs. They did enjoy the beer and I noticed multiples were consumed, no worries had designated drivers so all was good. Why four and not five stars you say? Because when it matures and comes into its own the change will be noticed. So am I going back you ask? Duh hit them up and enjoy.

The best pizza we've found in Utah and tons of beer options. Great vibe and environment too.

Liquor Stores - Utah Wine by #TheHiveWinery

Liquor Stores

My husband and I are visiting from out of state & did not realize that wine is only sold in liquor…read morestores in Provo/Orem Utah. We went to the closest liquor store, which was about 10 minutes from closing time by the time we arrived. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a miserable woman who was working a register. She grumbled, "It's almost 7, hurry up!!" (Closing time) I have never heard something so rude in regard to the store closing??? Typically they won't let anyone in AFTER closing, but will still give customers actively shopping some grace... Apparently they aren't worried about making a sale... I rushed over to the wine area & grabbed 2 bottles. I didn't have time to look and see if it was what I wanted or anything because the same woman barks out, "ITS 7:00!!! Time to go!" So my husband and I get to the registers, avoiding the grumpy old woman's line. The cashier we got was no better.... She scans my husband's item, then freezes. It was very awkward. She does not even take my items to scan... she just stands there, like a statue for what felt like 2 whole minutes. My husband starts opening his wallet and gets his payment out, assuming that is what she's waiting for (he wasn't aware my wine was not scanned yet). The cashier exclaims aggressively, "I am going to need to see some ID." ..... Okay? No problem. My husband puts his debit card back into his wallet, to exchange for his ID & this woman says "Well you need to keep that out, but I need your ID too." As if I wasn't already horrified by this experience, she proceeds to yank the driver license from my husband's hand, take a quick glance, and toss it back his way. I quickly get my ID ready, because I could only assume that's why she was not ringing up my bottles.... I laid my drivers license on the counter, trying to avoid it being ripped from my hand. She took a quick gander & then proceeded to ring me up. Honestly, this was the worst service I have experienced in years. &Throughout my entire life, this experience falls in the top 3. I feel that the cashier could have simply asked to see ID after ringing items up. Standing there in silence, looking like a grump doesn't tell customers what you're expecting in that moment. It was very unclear and uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this business to anybody and would give 0 stars, if possible. The staff are all grumpy and seem to despise themselves and the work that they do. I would never support a business ran in this manner. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning.

The checkout staff was helpful with packing my case of honey mead wine and Utah Wine to go. She was super friendly too.
