My family and I did the JFK assassination tour and then we did the Dallas city tour the next day. Both days we had Dina has our tour guide and she was outstanding. Both tours were fun and enjoyable. A lot of great facts and knowledge was provided at every single stop. We found the length of both tours to be prefect, not too long, not too short. It was a great way to spend some time getting to see Dallas and learning about the JFK assassination. Again Dina was the best and made the tour even better. We highly recommend doing either tours!! If we could leave 6 stars we would. Thank you Dina!

A fun stop on the trolley tour!

This tour was amazing! We came to Dallas for the Lone Star Classic volleyball tournament from WA state with a group of 25 people. Scott helped me plan the best trolley tour to keep everyone engaged, fed, and happy! Deena, the tour guide, was informative but also super funny to keep the attention of our team of 16 year old girls. I'd HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking to "get to know" Dallas!

Our tour guide was great! I wish I got her name, but she was very charismatic and professional, with great ability to multi-task. She took us to a whole bunch of spots we had never been to and I got a list of places to visit next time I go. While en route, she was even able to pick up a family of 4 who hadn't bought their tickets yet and still managed to get us where we needed to go on time.

Such a fun addition to the JFK experience downtown! Although I will have to admit I was not particularly excited to do this when my family suggested we check it out one Saturday afternoon. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. The staff was friendly, the trolley was as clean as could be and the information was unlike anything I've learned throughout my years living in Dallas or no matter how many times I visited the JFK museum. Very unique spots are visited on this tour including Oswald's house (which I guarantee you'e driven by 100 times but never realized), the spot where Oswald "allegedly" shot the police officer as well as several other locales that made up this historic day. Props to the crew of the tour, they really do an excellent job of re-creating the day and making you feel like you are in 1963. I can't wait to go on this again. It is a MUST for tourists and Dallas residents alike!

We came early, right after the other tour ended. We got our seats & sat in air conditioned trolley. Hubby chatted up the tour guy about sports & his Chargers, of course! Lol. He drove us around & even stopped long enough for us to take pictures. Our cousin liked that he reiterated the information & even asked questions. By the grassy knoll and 6th floor window & would tell us ahead of time which side of the bus to focus our camera.

We waited an hour and a half and see the bus pull up and let off the previous riders. Then it pulls away..at 3:35 we get a message saying it has been canceled. So we had paid over $500 for the tickets 6 weeks before, had family drive in from out of town only to sit in downtown Dallas and then have to drive back. There were people from Oklahoma and Tyler who came in also. Looks like there are several reviews of this happening.

The knowledge was there. The passion was there. The interaction was there. My questions were answered. He showed us video footage during our walking tour to back the events of 11-22-63. And because the walking tour was just my mom and I, he drove us along the route. We discussed every turn, every conspiracy theory and never missed a beat. It was a tour from someone who lives and breathes his job. I will gladly take a longer tour in the future because there is so much more I want to see. Side note: I was impressed with how downtown Dallas preserves its history. Everything along the route was there in 1963. I post on more than one platform so I will be leaving this review there and this is my personal first hand experience.

This tour is HIGHLY recommended!

We left the parking lot behind Crate & Barrel on Knox about 15 minutes early, since they were able to verify that we were all present. The van was the right size for the group, not a large bus like I've been in before. It was a nice van. I totally forgot to take a photo of it, as we walked around the corner, saw it sitting there & boarded. We left shortly after that! Our tour guide was fun and inserted some nostalgia along the way. I was born in Dallas but learned a few things about Highland Park that I didn't know! We stopped at 2 houses for photo ops (about 5 minutes) and then a bathroom/treat/drink stop at La Madeleine (love it) for 10 minutes. It was a lot of fun - one side of the van would say 'OOOOH' and one side would say 'AHHHH'. Wisely they asked us not to take photos, as the light from the phones reflected on the windows, which makes it difficult for the others to see out. Tickets for 2025 were $45 + tax.
