I bought two tickets to this for a date and it turned out to be one of he most fun dates I've been on in YEARS. I have done ghost tours in New Orleans and in the Fort Worth Stock Yards, and honestly this one was the best I have been on. The evening started out at Frankie's bar in downtown dallas, an establishment I've been to many times. Once or twice I've been in their underground area and had an uneasy feeling but didn't think much of it. No spoiler's here but I will say I now know what I was feeling. The heeby jeebies. Kellie Ann, Kerri Ann? I'm seriously sorry I forgot, I had a lot of Jameson last night, but whatever your name actually was, you were an AMAZING tour guide. Charming, smart, knowledgeable. She knew tons of info that was clearly scripted, but also knew lots of off the books secrets about various hauntings around the entire city that we didn't go to. A few VERY fun hours later we wrapped the tour up at Tavern and I will never look at the locations we stopped the same way again. They are based on light and sound. This is not Christmas lights. I heard some ppl confused. Def not- this is stars or cosmic in thematic elements. It is visually stunning and artistically appealing. I love art that is accessible. While pricy, this is art and tech that is available to anyone and not gatekeeping in museums. Get outside in a gorgeous location and enjoy everything this experience has to offer! Pro Tip: if you can afford the splurge, it is pretty to walk around with a glow cube drink. I thought the beginning was way too crowded and wish it was better spaced out somehow. It almost felt like we were just standing around waiting in line and I started dreading the rest of the event if it was going to be similar for the entire thing, but luckily it wasn't. A lot of it was like a creative light show. My favorite was with double (maybe triple) laser lights with fogs. It was a favorite for all of us, mostly because it was interactive versus all of the other ones was meant to be passively watched. The grand finale was a huge disappointment though. It was touted as a family friendly event, but you it's clear that it is also an event well enjoyed by those under influences. I'm all for everyone enjoying themselves, but it does conflict with the ambiance of what's considered family friendly. Just something to be mindful of if you are bringing little ones.

I looked on Yelp for the " E Frog" and called the number. A text came back and said, "Name, how many, address and destination?" I was like wow the E-Frog is my perfect date. haha. I mean......uh so I gave him said info and a text came back with an ETA. We hopped in and we took off. Hair blowing, sun shining, and PETE was full of info and spunk. We laughed and had a blast for our 7 min journey from Uptown to the Perot. When he dropped us off we booked him for an hour or so later. He text me when he was 5 min away and we went back down and hopped over to the Crow Collection. They do not have set hours, but try to end by 11pm. 13 Frogs in the Fleet. All over uptown to FairPark and in between. If a game at the AAC, or an event at AT&T, etc is taking place they book up super fast. So be in the know you may wait a bit for a ride. They hold I think 6 ppl in each and are installing doors. I like the open air about them though. They are super clean. You just feel like a kid all over again. It is amazeballs. Do not be an uptown jerk and freeload like a $30,000 millionaire. Lets keep these guys going. The advertisement and our tips, bc they do not charge for rides, will have the Frogs creating Tadpoles. They held the train for 5 minutes for me to walk to the handicapped entrance and showed my daughter how to purchase tickets online after we boarded. I booked a tour on October 31st through Viator, and got a confirmation for the Dallas Tour at 7:05…read morePM, EST. I noticed i booked November 1st instead of November 8th. I called at 7:14 PM and explained I made a mistake and asked if they could amend the date to November 8th. I was told that since it was within 24 of the tour, I am not entitled to a refund or an amendment for the date. They had to ask the tour company, Great R Tours to see if they could switch the date. I found out today that they will not work with us. They are keeping our money. The Viator rep had suggested that i book and pay for the same tour on November 8th. That way i would pay twice for the same tour. I told her that does not make sense. I called both Viator and Great R Tours and explained the situation. I asked if they could see through the 9 minute mistake i made. They essentially said "no". So they have lost a customer forever. If i could give ZERO stars, i would have.
