These guy's are on the ball. Every time I need tire service they say bring it on... I've purchased tires, replaced tires, brakes & alignment etc... I have trucks and it takes a tire shop like Big Country tire to handle the heavy stuff. Quality, service, good value. Can't make everyone happy, and I trust their knowledge. If they say they can't fix it because the whole front end is worn out, then they might have just saved your life. Their credit card probably wasn't any good also... this place is a complete joke took my 2019 ram 1500 in to get aligned they said they couldnt do it 4 hours later and tried to BS me saying I had $2800 in parts that had to be fixed then fast forward I got a 2015 Ram 1500 same color took it in to get aligned the genius tried to call and say hey still none of those parts have been fixed to have to pay to get them replaced for I told the dude that it's not even the same truck and he started scrambling and stuttering to say some how this truck also needed the exact same fix what a joke of an establishment read more

I got a car alignment in a reasonable amount of time, and at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly throughout my visit, and the customer areas were very clean. After my car was done, while driving home I experienced what a good job the tech did on my alignment; the steering wheel was perfectly straight, and more importantly the car was not pulling to the left or the right. I'll definitely be coming back for more work when I need it! Overall, I was very satisfied with one exception. I'm disabled and sometimes use a walker (I did the day of my alignment) and there were no ramps. There were several fairly shallow steps to get from the parking lot to the customer waiting area that were a nuisance to me, but I was able to make it in with moderate effort. If the store was more handicapped accessible, I'd give Big Country Tire a perfect ten. As it stands, I rate them 9.5/10 read more

Had a bit of a wobble in my wife's BMW nearby and thought the tire needed rebalancing. Instead of just rebalancing they found the cause which was a new tire from another place that had started to separate and they were able to, at my request, hang on to the car overnight and get it fixed the next day for less than I paid for the tire that needed replacing. read more

Took my RAM 1500 in to Big Country Tire for a front end alignment. After a few minutes they said, "We cannot align your pickup because it needs new ball joints." They gave me a quote for $650.00 for the replacement. I advised them I had an extended factory warranty and took the truck to Star RAM and said I need new ball joints and showed them the quote from Big Country Tire. Star RAM took the truck in and inspected it and said, "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR BALL JOINTS." We checked them twice and the service advisor checked them and they are well within specification. BIG COUNTRY TIRE was RIPPING ME OFF for unnecessary work. I will never go there again and advise everyone to be careful if you go there. read more

These guys are the best. They have the newest and best alignment machine in the area and also charge the least for alignments. Mine was $90 versus $120 at other shops. They are also very honest and will not try and sell you anything you don't need. They are so busy with return customers, they don't have to. Great service! We get all of our tires here. They are very helpful and are willing to work. The staff is great and are very nice. They will get you right in when you need to. We had a tire blowout on the interstate, we called and they got us in instantly. They were very helpful told us what was wrong, and asked if we were ok. Big Country Tire will not rip you off, they will do what they can to help you. Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs new tires, a leak fixed and what not. read more

My Mother-in-law's brakes were noisy even though I did a quick front brake job. I didn't have time to do the rear ones while I was in town so I called a couple of places with good Yelp ratings and was very happy with the courtesy, speed and price charged to her. Big Country Tire got her in when promised, quickly diagnosed a severe metal-on-metal rear disc brake situation and fixed it in just over an hour. They charged a fair price and even let her bring her dogs into the waiting area. I highly recommend this great local budiness! read more

Amazing people. I had a screw in my tire, went to Pep Boys and another tire place to have them look at it. One store didn't give me the time of day, while Pep Boys looked and within 30 seconds the guy told me the screw is in an irreparable place. I was so freaked out, but I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to Big Country Tire and even though their store was closing in the next fifteen minutes, they welcomed me in and looked at my car and told me that the screw was in fact in a place where it could be repaired and then they fixed in within 15 minutes. I made an appt for an alignment and when the were ready for my car I told them I have my own mechanic and he does my work. They wanted to charge me 35 dollars for just taking a look, of course I said no, took it to another shop and got the alignment as nothing was wrong with my car. Car still pulled to the right after the alignment so they rechecked and told me it was the tires .Of course I will not do business there but this is what he lost. My wife has a car, I have a car and truck and my son has 2 vehicles. He sure lost a lot of business. I also bought 4 tires, 1 of them blew out at about 2000 miles.
