Even though she wanted to discuss it further, I didn't carry on the conversation after the initial sentences because I felt it was not going to improve things. However, I was incorrect. When my wife asked for a smaller unit, we were told that there were none available on the first floor. When my wife asked if I wanted an upstairs unit, I said I didn't. The lady there went in to high gear to make sure we were going to be satisfied and not move to another storage company. She tried hard to find a solution. Even to the point of calling a customer who had reserved a unit on the first floor to see if they would take one on the second floor. It all worked out thanks to her. The other customer said they would take the upstairs unit and I could have the one downstairs. Kudos.

They charge $10 for storage insurance , $20 for a lock, $25 for administrative fees and a bunch of other tag ons that I don't even remember like keys and key fobs. The worst of it all, the guy taking your information is slow as molasses. So the entire process takes about 30+ minutes of time while your truck rental sits and waits. They won't give you the key until they're done so your friends can't even be helping while you're inside. And after I wait for the slowest typer on the island to finish he says oops it didn't save. I hope I can find my next place quickly so I can cut my time with them incredibly short.

They stole $475 from my 14 year disabled daughter's piggy bank and $100 from my wallet. My daughter was so upset she was crying for a week and ended up in the hospital. They made moving, which is so daunting, so easy as the packing saved us hours and days of packing, buying materials, and schlepping boxes to our apt. The guys were all so kind (Triple T, Pedro, and Germaine) and work so hard. How they manage to move two apts in a single day is beyond me. They deserve a Humanitarian Award. 5 stars!!!
