I made an account online and they gave a free cookie for my first time order, for our first order, our first time order we actually got a good deal of treats, they had a promo online for a Buy One Get One Ice Cream, so I chose the Minterstellar and the Cookies N'Dream, and my husband got Peanut Butter Insomniac and Dreamweaver, we also got smores cookie and the carrot cake cookie and double chocolate mint as our freebie. Their ice cream was so good and flavorful, the cookies my God are so delicious, I believe they do a monthly flavor and their normal classics. The Carrot Cake was so good because it was filled with cream cheese frosting but the double chocolate mint was amazing, it's like an Andes chocolate in cookie form. Yesterday, I wasn't feeling well and so to treat myself I ended up getting some cookies. I had a free cookie with a $5 order and got May's cookie which is a churro chocolate chunk cookie and two double chocolate mint. I ordered in advance and it was ready way early for pick up. Super friendly, super fast and the bakery was warm and cozy. Definitely going to be ordering more soon!

We waited nearly an hour and a half, close to two hours, in line near closing time. It was freezing outside, and there were definitely moments when we questioned whether it was worth it. Looking back, I can honestly say it was. One thing that immediately stood out was the service. The staff continuously came through the line offering samples, explaining the different flavors, sharing how some of them were created, and helping people decide what they might enjoy before reaching the counter. It made the long wait feel much more manageable and showed how much they genuinely care about the customer experience. When it was finally our turn, I was completely overwhelmed in the best way possible. Every flavor I sampled seemed better than the last. Even the flavors I was convinced I would not like ended up surprising me and becoming some of my favorites. The creativity, quality, and balance of flavors were honestly impressive. Everything tasted unique, thoughtful, and incredibly well executed. My friends and I spent so much time trying to decide which flavors to choose because there were simply too many good options. That is not a problem I usually have at an ice cream shop. The only thing I regret is not ordering a bigger size. The moment I finished my ice cream, I wished I had gotten a larger cup or cone because it was that good. This place is truly a gem. I would love to see them expand beyond San Diego because I have no doubt they would be just as successful in Los Angeles and Orange County. While I hope the line is a little shorter next time, I would absolutely come back and wait for this ice cream again. It was one of the most memorable desserts I have had in a long time.
