Or, I guess, the wand chooses the wizard, Harry. He spent time going through different rods with me. Then he pretended to be types of big fish and trained me to use my hip to catch said assorted fish. When I found my ideal wand / rod ... it was magical. Next came the reel and it was almost as expensive as a PS4. But my very own Fishing Ollivander recommended it. And I'm not some filthy muggle. Hooks? Done. Worst Customer Service!…read more I am very disappointed with the way the manager runs the store. I stopped today 09/23/2025 about 12:10 PM to shop for trail shoes, I found a sketcher shoes that did not have a box, size 13, and marked as $44(Clearance). I went to the cashier, a friendly young black lady to pay for it, I had a coupon with me for 10% off even on clearance items, the friendly young cashier apparently is new and does not have much of experience in handling coupons, she asked the manager of the store about how to handle the transaction. The manager of the store told the cashier not to accept the coupon, I asked the manager for the reason of not accepting the coupon, and the manger told me that the coupon is not valid for clearance items! The coupon stated that clearance items get 10% off. I guess the manager of the store want to show the friendly young cashier that she is the one with the ego and her say is the final word. I am puzzled, all the cashier had to do was to ring the sale, and to scan the coupon to see if the computer will process the 10% off, it does not need a genius! I am very disappointed, the young cashier is not properly trained to execute a simple transaction, and a female manager that put her ego on top of everything instead of seeing what is best for the store, and that is to SELL, and what is best for customers and that is to BUY. I left the store, without buying the shoes! I guess I'll check on Amazon.com! Thanks for reading.
